准备
第一，面试前要有充足的准备。
在参加面试之前要对该公司进行“摸底调查”;同时要对自己的优劣势要有全面的认识，这样才能做到知己知彼，百战不殆。
第二，自我介绍时要有一个思路。

应以岗位要求为导向;
应显示充分的信心(适度谦虚);
应设法抓住听众的注意力(开好头，写自己最得意的、对方最关心的);
力求“三突出”：突出优点(可信度)，突出个性(鲜明、具体，可借用别人的话)，突出重点(有点-重点，有面-广度，以点为主);
切记“两不可”：不可夸张(用事实说话)，不可无次序(合乎逻辑)。
