自我介绍
Good morning, my dear professors, it is my honor to be here for your interview. My Chinese name is XX, and my English name is Joyce, named by myself. Joyce means happy and bright, just the feelings I want to give to other people. I come from the city of Haikou,it which is a famous tourist city. I will graduate from the law of science department of XXXX University. Now I am doing my best to obtaining the chance to attend into Jilin University of civil and commercial law.
In the past 4 years, most of my time has been spent on study or campus activities, just a month ago, I have taken part in the national judicial examination. Although the result hasn’t come out, I have confidence to pass it. When I was sophomore, I found Company Law very interesting, so I learnt it very hard to build up a solid foundation of professional knowledge.
As to my character , personally, I am very upright、honest and diligent. In my spare time, I like reading books rewarding how to be myself and how to deal with problems. Movies and music are my favorite entertainment.
No pains, no gains. Diligence is the mother of success, so I always believe I should cherish my time and study hard. Because life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re

If luckily I got the chance to study in Renmin University of China, i will concentrate on the study and reserch in this field. first of all i will try my best to pass the national judicial exam, which is held in this Septemper. so that I could spare some time to prepare for CPA while taking postgraduate courses. As you kown, it is more and more difficult to get a good job today, so, in my opinion, it is not a bad thing to master a second specility. What's more, I am quite interesting in eonomics, and maybe I will work in foreign enterprise in future after my graduation. Constitutionally, the court system exercises judicial power independently and technically is free of interference from administrative organs, public organizations, and individuals. The Supreme People's Court supervises the administration of justice by local courts and special courts, while courts at higher levels oversee the administration of courts at lower levels. At each level, the courts are "responsible to the organs of state power which created them." Judges are limited to two consecutive terms running concurrently with the National People's Congress or local people's congresses.
The separation of judicial system is the principle that the judiciary should be politically insulated from the legislative and the executive power. That is, courts should not be subject to improper influence from the other branches of government, or from private interests.
Judicial independence is the guarantee of a just judicial system.

Well, if I don’t have other choice, I ‘d like to say lawyer.
To be honest, it's not an eary question, especially to such students like me that have not studied laws systematic and in-depth.
On one hand, as the symbol of justice. judges play the most important role in the legal system, and they are the most powerful figures in legal process who are respected in society. However, the lawyer’s job is more interesting and challenging, and their job is more creative and active. In a word, it’s hard to make a choice. However, personally I’m inclined to be a lawyer. For I prefer to the kind of life full of passion and challenges. And the working environment is more free and flexible. Further more, Chinese lawyers play an independent role in lawsuits. They do not belong to courts or procuratorates, nor do they belong to their clients. They participate in lawsuits in order to maintain the legal rights and interests of their clients. They are independent. They enjoy not only rights of an ordinary participant in a lawsuit， but also rights compatible with the exercise of the duties of a lawyer.

小编整理2015年考研翻译硕士英语复试准备，包括应试材料的准备、考场及流程熟悉、自我介绍、考官提问、结束等。
1.应试材料的准备：为了准备口语考试，可以准备一些材料，如《英语中级口语教程》、《四、六级英语口语应试》等。当然如果确定参加哪种英语口试，又了解其口语考试的形式与内容，选择针对其考试的口语材料更为有效，如雅思口语、托福口语等。
2. 制定复习计划：根据备考时间与所要参加的口试类型制定复习计划。可以每天准备一个话题，话题的内容最好是热门话题或常考话题。常见口语话题总结如下：Laid-off worker's problem、Reforms of housing policy 、Going abroad 、Globalization 、Information age、Environmental protection and economic development 、Online learning 、2008 Olympic, Beijing、Economic crisis 。热点话题在报纸、杂志上大多可以找到，也是很多考试写作部分常出的题目，因此也可以参照考研或四、六级作文范本。但切忌全篇背诵所找到的材料，最好只借用其中某些素材，然后用自己的语言重新整理。
3. 熟悉考场情况与考试流程
(1)与小组组员的交流(二对二考试模式)
小组成员可先模拟一下考试过程。让自己进入状态，而后可谈一些其他话题，放松一下。
(2)进入考场
入室前要敲门，虽是小节，但关系到你给考官的第一印象。
衣着得体，落落大方。
向考官问候：Good morning/ afternoon。
如果可以，微笑，但绝不可勉强。
(3)自我介绍
要求简洁、有新意，能够让考官记住你。最重要的是，发音要准，不要太快，以别人听懂为目的。但注意一定要听考官的指示语，听到考官说：Can you introduce yourself briefly/ say something about yourself后再开始。其实现在许多口语考试为了避免考生背诵准备好的自我介绍，都去除了这个部分，而是由一些简单问题来代替，如：
Where are you from? Could you say something about your hometown?
Could you say something about your family?
What do you usually do in your leisure time?
What’s your favorite TV program?
Who is the most important person in your family?
(4)回答考官问题
此处不再赘述，但有一点要注意，千万不要只回答“YES”或“NO”，而是要加上你的reason或者是example.
(5)看图说话
不要过分局限于图中的内容，而应充分开阔思路，尤其注意的是在讲述完图中内容后做适当的评价，对图中的事物或观点提出自己的看法或客观公正的评论。
(6)讨论
此处是发挥你的才智的关键一节，discussion在考试中占了很大一部分时间，所以要尽可能是自己多说，但要保证说到点子上。
(7)最后问题
最后，考官还会问你一个问题，这是你进一步展示自己的大好机会，如果前面不太理想，也可借此补救一下。
(8) 结束
考官明确说出：This is the end of the test, thank you。说明考试正式结束。站起来，拿好自己的东西，如准考证，与考官说再见：Thank you, goodbye. 或Thank you for your interview goodbye. 然后离开。注意考试结束后不要问老师关于得分的问题，应该马上礼貌的离开。
