一、策划背景
为配合集团婚庆文化发展战略，真正将嘉辉商圈打造成为集婚庆、旅游、工艺为一体的文化产业创意园，集团于2011年初即首次提出了打造“南国不夜天”的设想，从最初全国首创夜间婚纱摄影到南北风味街，再到龙凤山庄夜景旅游，其目的都是为了吸引更多客人，做大做强产业链，增加营业收入。
经过一年多的运作，“南国不夜天”项目虽然取得了一定的成就，但由于硬件设施投入滞后，其实际运营效果一直欠佳。在今年的旅游黄金季节即将来临之际，为了抓住市场，争取主动，公司有必要对“南国不夜天”项目重点规划，加大投入，形成特色品牌效应，以配合龙凤山庄影视渡假村的长远发展战略。
二、市场定位
南国不夜天之市场目标群体主要集中在以下三个方面：
1、酒店住客（过夜团）
2、周边5-10公里范围内的大中小型企业、社会团体、机关组织
3、影楼客人
三、项目内容
1、看：在龙凤山庄兴建一批夜景灯光工程，游客除了可以观夜景、逛夜市、赏花灯外，还可以观看“客家印象”大型实景剧和杂技艺术表演，真正体验南国不夜天的魅力。
2、吃：在清明上河街和生肖广场建立特色小吃一条街，引进南北特色美食包括港台名吃，常态化地将过夜团的晚餐、宵夜移到龙凤山庄解决。
3、玩：启动夜场各项机动游艺项目，增加如篝火晚会、放逐河灯、放阻燃孔明灯、猜灯谜、街舞体验以及互动内容在内的新项目。
4、摄：除夜间婚纱摄影外，建立三个固定的夜景人像摄影点，专人拍摄，收费体验。
四、销售方式
1、门票体系：夜间门票以购买消费券的形式，面值分30元、60元、100元三个档，游客凭券进入山庄，可于庄内任何地方消费任何项目，不设找赎。
2、收银方式：龙凤山庄统一收银，每周结算或每月结算。
3、分成方式：与合作商家采取分成制分成。

整个“南国不夜天”项目工程分为一期近期和二期远期。
一期工程包括：山庄大门口——皇室古堡——花海葵园——清明上河街——龙凤大殿（含生肖广场）——玫瑰教堂——格林童话小镇——罗浮宫——游乐场，其中重点在清明上河街和龙凤大殿生肖广场。
二期工程包括：梦幻西西里——动物园周边——索菲亚大教堂

夜景工程主要以LED闪光射灯为主，配合照明灯、灯笼、花灯展示。
