Motivated by my strong interest in accounting and finance, I seized every opportunity to consolidate my skills in solving practical problems through research projects on campus. 第一章 总则
第一条 为保障学校英文版主页(以下简称“英文主页”)建设和完善，依据《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》、国务院办公厅《关于加强政府网站建设和管理工作的意见》，参照《互联网信息服务管理办法》、教育部《高等学校信息公开办法》等相关政策、法规和《z民族大学网站群管理办法》，结合学校实际，特制订本规定。
第二条 英文主页定位于向世界全方位地宣传学校的基本情况和办学成就，展示学校的教学科研、师资队伍、人才培养和国际合作交流成果等，是宣传和展示学校整体形象的重要窗口。
第三条 英文主页工作由学校统一领导，党委宣传部和外语学院共同负责完成。
第二章 工作职责
第四条 党委宣传部负责英文主页的总体设计、网页信息内容的审查把关和日常管理等工作，具体执行制作、版面设计、内容规划、建站审核、信息发布等工作。
第五条 外语学院负责落实专门教师对宣传部提供的文稿进行翻译及审定，翻译内容不得自行添加、引用、转载，必须确保翻译内容准确及时。
第六条 明确职责，严格执行部门领导负责制度。
第三章 工作流程与规范
第七条 中文文稿由党委宣传部负责审定、提供，要确保信息的准确性与安全性。文稿经外语学院翻译完成后，宣传部相关工作人员须及时完成英文主页的发布与更新。
第八条 英文文稿由外语学院负责审定、提供。外语学院在接到宣传部提供的中文文稿后，一般文稿须于4天内完成翻译与审定，长稿翻译、审定时间酌情延长。翻译工作须按时、准确完成，由外语学院指定专门教师负责。未达到要求的，按照相关规定予以相应处罚。
第九条 建立中、英文内容审核机制。发布、转载信息须严格遵守国家有关法律、行政法规，严格执行国家保密制度，未经审核的信息不得发布。发布、转载的信息不得含有下列内容：
(1)违反宪法确定的基本原则的;
(2)危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的;
(3)损害国家荣誉和利益的;
(4)煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的;
(5)破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的;
(6)散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的;
(7)散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的;
(8)侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的;
(9)煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序的;
