三、

课程教学内容

第一部分

信函

在该部分,掌握基本商业信函的概述及格式,熟悉各种专业信函的阅读及写作,以及国航业务中常见的书写体例。

具体内容如下:

(1)

简介商业信函的基本要素和目的。

(2)

商业信函的组成部分及格式,简介商业信函中的两大基本格式,要求能够翻译出中文信函,格式正确。

(3)

应用写作,本节重点介绍商业信函的种类及相应的体例,如证件的换新,船员的交接,申请登陆,申请验船师,等等。要求学生能根据提示,正确的翻译相关信函。

(4)

调查书信的写作。本节重点介绍在国航业务中涉及咨询的各种信函的写作。如托运公司和船只间对货物价格,航行日期,集装箱的咨询及答复信件。要求学生能正确处理这类信件写作。

(5)

人身伤害及保险赔偿信件,本节介绍船只失事后,如何进行信件的汇报及相关人员处理的协议。

(6)

医疗保险及处理信函。介绍在医疗方面,船员方与医疗方及个人间的信函写作。

(7)

关于货运的信函、介绍关于各种货物的运载,分流。尤其是危险物品的运载的各种信件。

(8)

关于货损的信函,介绍各种货损报告信件。

(9)

港口规定及货运代理的信件,介绍货船进出港口的各种规定及外轮代理公司的业务之间的书信写作。

介绍电传,及基本的电传缩略代号电传的组成部分。
