高邮中学学校简介
z省Z中学初创于清光绪31年（1905年），原名赞化学堂。1923年定名为“Z县初级中学”，1955年增办高中，更名为“Z县中学”。1966年改校名为“东方红中学”，1968年复改名为“Z县中学”。1991年初，随着Z撤县设市，学校因之更名为“Z市中学”，2005年经z省教育厅批准，学校更名为“z省Z中学”。
Gy Middle School of JS province was founded in 1905 in the late Qing Dynasty with its original name “Zanhua School”. In 1923, the school was named as “Gy County Junior Middle School”. In 1955, the school was renamed as “Gy County Middle School” with its Senior Section. In 1966, the school was named as “Dong Fang Hong Middle School”, and in 1968 was again renamed as “Gy County Middle School”. In early 1991, with “the rescinding of the county and establishment of the city”, the school thus was renamed as “Gy Municipal Middle School” . In 2005, with the approval of the Department of Education in JS province, the school was renamed “Gy Middle School of JS province” .
早在20世纪六十年代，Z中学就被列入应当办好的省重点中学，1979年成为z省九十多所重点中学之一，1993年再次通过省重点中学验收，2005年晋升为z省四星级高中。
Dating back to the 1960s, Gy Middle School was in the list of provincial key middle schools, and in 1979, it became one of the ninety provincial key middle schools. In 1993, it was successfully accepted as the Provincial Key Middle School, and in 2005, it was promoted as a four-star high school in JS Province.
Z中学新校园位于扬州城北上60公里处的Z市南郊风景区大运河畔。原校址占地4.26万平方米（约64亩），由于不能适应学校发展的需要，2000年，经Z市人民政府批准，学校易地新建。2001年8月，学校实现整体搬迁。新校园占地14.92万平方米（约224亩），建筑面积68800多平方米，是一所传统风格与现代意识相融汇、教育功能与管理功能相统一、建筑共性与学校个性相结合的现代化、园林式学校。学校现有在职教职工328人，其中专任教师270多人。现有教学班级72个，在校学生近4000人。
Gy Middle School is located on the riverside of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the south suburban scenic area of Gy, 60 km north of Yangzhou City. The school originally covered an area of 42,600 square meters (about 64 mu), which could hardly meet the needs of the development of school. Thus, in 2000, after the approval of the Gy government , the school pursued a new campus. In August 2001, the entire school was removed. The new campus covers an area of 149,200 square meters (about 224 mu), with a building area of more than 68,800 square meters. It is a modern, gardenized school manifesting both its traditional style and modern consciousness, unified education and management functions, and combined building universality and individuality of the school. Gy Middle School has 310 faculty members, including more than 260 full-time teachers and 72 classes with more than 4,200 students in school.
Z中学在长期实践的基础上，建立了一整套体现校情、符合规律、个性鲜明的办学理念和管理模式。以“办新世纪中华名校、育高素质世界公民”为办学宗旨，以“立德、践行”为校训，以“务实、求新”为校风，坚持“德育为首、教学为主、育人为本”的办学思想，坚持“教育抓全面、育人抓全体、教学抓全程”的办学思路，坚持“科学性、务实性、艺术性”的工作原则，坚持“全面实施精细管理”的工作策略，坚持“努力把工作做到位”的工作规范。进入新时期以来，Z中学积极探索并建立符合自身发展需要的管理模式，相继成立年级管理委员会、学生宿舍管理委员会，新设督导室、监察室、招生处，简化了管理环节，形成了模块管理格局，各项工作按条块分流、按层级汇总、按区域负责，学校办学效益呈现整体性、跨越式发展的好势头。
On the basis of its long-term practice, Gy Middle School has formed a set of distinctive teaching idea and management mode, which reflects the situation and conform the rules. With our tenet of “Found a famous Chinese school in the new century, foster high-quality citizens of the world” , with the school motto of “virtue, practice” and the school spirit of “being pragmatic, be innovative”, we adhere to the teaching idea of “ emphasizing the Priority of Ethical Education, the Principle of teaching and Training and the Basis of Educating People” and the managerial train of thought of “Education on the Whole, Teaching on Each One and Instruction on Every Steps “ in running schools. We adhere to “Scientific, Pragmatic, and Artistic Quality” as our work principle, and “Full Implementation of Fine Management Work” as our work standard. In new period, Gy Middle School actively explore and establish a mode of management that is consistent with its own development needs by establishing the grade management committee, the committee of students’ dormitory management, the office of supervision, and the enrolment division. We simplify the management link, and form the module management pattern, in which each work will be taken according to the existing module, level and area. Now the school has achieved good momentum of great-leap-forward development.
