我们中国人民是勇敢和勤勉的。

我们逐出了所有敌人。在这段历程里,我们不得不提到一个日子-----一二九.
1935年12月9日,北平发生的“一二·九”运动是中国共产党领导的一次大规模学生爱国运动。
“九·一八事变”后,日本帝国主义占领了东北,接着又向华北发动了新的侵略。1935年下半年,日本帝国主义发动华北事变,进一步控制12月9日,在中共北平临时工作委员会的领导下,北平爱国学生6000余人,高呼“停止内战,一致对外”、“打倒日本帝国主义”等口号,举行了声势浩大的抗日救国示威游行。国民党政府出动大批军警镇压,30多人被捕,数百人受伤。10日,北平各校学生宣布总罢课。在“冀察政务委员会”计划成立的12月16日,北平学生和各界群众1万余人又举行示威游行,北平学生的爱国行动,得到了全国学生的响应和全国人民的支持,形成了全国人民抗日民主运动的新高潮,推动了抗日民族统一战线的建立。

关于举办2013年第一次
中国石化集团英语分级测试的通知
各有关单位:
根据中国石化集团英语分级测试工作总体安排,2013年第一次英语分级测试拟于2013年1月进行,现将有关事项通知如下:
一、测试对象
1.为保持和提高新员工学习英语的积极性和应用英语的能力,从2012年起,将新引进大学本科及以上学历高校毕业生统一纳入集团公司英语分级测试范围。利用每年组织的两次测试(每年1月和8月),把新引进毕业生全部测试一遍。对2012年新引进毕业生,通过2013年1月和8月两次完成测试。区外销售企业等单位2012年新引进毕业生本次暂不方便参加测试的,可与2013年引进毕业生一并参加2013年8月的测试。
2.各单位国际化业务关键岗位人员、国际化储备人员,以及其他管理和专业技术骨干,可根据需要由单位统一报名参加测试。
二、测试内容和方式
测试包括听说(听力、口语)和读写(阅读、翻译写作)两部分。其中,听力、阅读和写作采取笔试方式进行,时间为两个半小时;口语测试以机考形式进行。测试内容以公共英语为主,适当增加石油石化类通用知识内容。
有关测试内容、方式的具体介绍和考试要求,请登录中国石化远程培训系统(http://learning.sinopec.com)查阅“英语分级测试指南”和“英语分级测试机考口试样题”。
三、测试组织安排
笔试时间统一为2013年1月12日上午9:00至11:30,参加测试人员至少提前30分钟进入考场。口语测试在笔试结束后进行。
分级测试由石化管理干部学院牵头组织实施。依托有关企业(或机构),设立21个考点(考点安排表见附件1),各单位就近就便组织人员到相应考点参加测试。
为降低测试成本、方便员工参加测试,此次测试后,有条件的单位可根据需要提出增设考点申请。
四、测试成绩
测试笔试集中判卷;口语考试全程录音,统一评分。测试成绩在测试结束两个月内发至各单位组织人事部门,由各单位录入SAP-HR系统,作为人才选拔、培养、使用的参考依据。个人成绩达到定级标准的,同时发放成绩通知单。
五、费用
考务费用由总部统一支付,参加测试往返旅费以及考试期间住宿费等由所在单位承担。
六、有关要求
1.各单位要从集团公司战略发展和人才队伍建设大局出发,高度重视英语分级测试工作,把它作为一项重要的基础性、常态化工作,与完善选人、育人、用人、留人机制有机结合起来,着力推行。
2.各单位要及时发布测试通知、认真组织报名、仔细核对报名人员信息,指定专门人员,填写“联系人信息表”和“参加英语分级测试人员情况汇总表”(见附件2、3),于12月26日前以电子邮件方式报有关考点联系人。各考点汇总报名信息后,12月28日前报送石化管理干部学院。
3.各单位要及时通知并组织好相关人员提前到相应考点报到,准时参加测试。参加测试人员必须携带身份证,否则一律不准进入考场;除了携带必需的答题笔(蓝色或者黑色水笔、圆珠笔和2B铅笔)及橡皮外,不得携带外文词典、电子类词典以及其它外文材料进入考场。
4.石化管理干部学院要积极协调、周密组织、加强督导;各负责企业组织人事部门负责人担任考点负责人,各考点要切实履行职责,按要求完善测试设施、配强考务队伍、规范考务规程、严格测试纪律,保证测试顺利进行。
5.测试工作中遇有问题和有关建议,请各单位及时反馈、联系。
