（一）课标对本学段的要求：
基础教育阶段英语课程目标的各个级别均以学生语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的综合行为表现为基础进行总体描述。八年级课程四级应达到的综合语言运用能力目标的总体描述是明确自己的学习需要和目标，对英语学习表现出较强的自信心。能在所设日常交际情景中听懂对话和小故事。能就熟悉的生活话题交流信息和简单的意见。能读懂短篇故事。能写便条和简单的书信。能尝试使用不同的教育资源，从口头和书面材料中提取信息，扩展知识，解决简单的问题并描述结果。能在学习中相互帮助，克服困难。能和理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。
（二）教材分析
这套教材采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。与原教材相比还增加了文化背景和学习策略等部分，并增加了任务型学习成份和语篇的输入。本书每个单元都列出明确的语言目标、主要的功能项目与语法结构、需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A和B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。这套教材是基于城市学生的状况编写的，对于我们农村学生来说，由于小学基础不好，到初中以后学起来的确有些吃力，光是一千多个单词就吓退了不少学生学习英语的兴趣。但我们还必须知难而上，为了提高农村的英语教学成绩而努力。
（三）教学目标
这学期主要通过任务型教学来训练学生的语言应用能力。任务型教学是从活动中获取知识。任务完成的过程，就是一个知识转化的过程；运用已有的知识，通过小组活动，学到新的知识,即完成从陈述性知识到程序性知识的转变。教师备课时重点考虑；如何设置一个合适的语言环境。这个大语言环境又是由各个小语言环境组成，其中一部分是陈述性知识，另一部分则是程序性知识。教师的作用是指导学生通过活动把它们有机地联系起来，从而完成了知识迁移过程。常用的训练活动有以下几项：
（1）Daily report：值日生介绍自己、家庭成员或朋友的情况，其它学生可互相提问题，询问个人职业。
（2）Play a guessing game：用问题“what does he do？”引入任务，让学生猜测多媒体课件中人物的职业，以此激发学生的学习兴趣，并训练学生的发散思维能力。

（四）学情分析
经过一学期的学习体会，我所教的班，大部分学生学习目的明确，学习态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较
好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性和自控力都较差，相应的学习习惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学习英语的兴趣，学生觉得英语学习是一种负担，而不是一种乐趣。一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法，连基本的单词听写也不过关，导致看不懂，听不懂，学不懂。学生的听力也还有待提高，在这方面失分也较多。主要是听的时间太少，接触英语的时间不多。针对种种问题，在本学期的英语教学中，教师一方面应加强基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型等基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能，为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础；另一方面，又要采取多种措施，注意培养学生对英语的兴趣；让学生掌握记忆单词、听力、写作等英语学习技艺，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索，合作探究能力。
（五）主要措施
1. 培养学习兴趣，引导学生掌握正确的学习方法和策略，提高学习效率；采用课前5分钟语言展示，编排课本剧、讲故事等方法培养学生学习英语的积极性
2、加强词汇教学。包括单词拼写，词义记忆，语用功能的训练，在平常的教学中一定要常抓不懈。词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际；能否熟练地用英语读和写；能否顺利地用英语思考。从上个期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。
3、.发挥学生主体和教师主导作用，课上采取生生互动、师生互动的教学策略进行教学，培养学生的独立自主学习能力和创新能力以及逻辑思维能力。
4、加强交际用语教学。用英语进行交际是英语教学的根本目标。在教学语言功能项目时，要尽量避免格式化，不能限制学生的思维能力，要培养学生灵活运用语言的应变能力。
5、进一步培养阅读能力。阅读能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案。
6、大力加强对新课程、新标准的学习和研究。我们在学习的过程中，必须抓住重点，理解英语课程的性质，把握课程设计的基本理念。我们必须明白：英语课程的学习，既是通过英语学习和实践活动，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力的过程；又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。
7、抓好学生的基础检测，力争单词和短语百分之八十的学生过关，主要通过课上竞赛形式检查、课下小组集中检查和每三周的活动课来检查，另外实行与家长沟通的方法进行监督和检测。

秋来了，天蓝蓝，我再一次站在初一新的三年轮回中，秋的凉风，蓝的天空，上届学生在高一，新生在眼前，我在哪里？今年英语教学工作中，又有了11名教师加入，新学期新教学，努力提升“教”与“学”的品质依托，我拟定了以下个人教学计划：
一 理解“教“与“学”的品质
关于教学，孔子有这样的经典一句：“不愤不咎，不悱不发。举一隅不以三隅反，则不复也。”读到这句话，我理解的是教学真谛在这里。教师教的内容和学生学的内容，越是基本，越是容易奠基学业起点要做的事。我以前认为越是难，越是好，在深和难上梯度要的高，其实是不对的。教师教的时机和学生学的时机，当这两者恰是吻合时，标志着教师与学生都处于对知识探索性的教学过程的积极参与，存疑与释疑，再生疑的有效教学必须努力要我们营造积极捕捉。这是我在21年教学中我做的最好的一面。教师教的与学生学的共鸣，需要有这样一些条件，师生要通过逻辑防线，情感防线和理性防线，才能达到最有效的教学境界。我们珠河要做的是如何使每一个学生在原有的基础上获得最大程度的发展，这是我们的品质。
二 理解新教材
本学期，我们教人教版英语教材，重新打开书本，梳理知识，重新做课件，理解编辑对课本的编写，理解人教版英语语言。本次，27日参加了人教社教材培训，通过培训明白了教材对听说线，阅读线，语音线，语法线编写，在理解基础上，运用到课堂教学实践，发现问题解决问题！
三 常规教学
备课上，还是借上届宫老师的课件，在原有基础上，调整我个人的教学认识，并更加思考人教版教材全三年里的知识内容。在教学上，加入学生互助互相模式，学生学习行为是群体行为，学生向学生学习，是一种有效的学习，有人说，“教”，是最重要的学习。因为，工作量加大，我也是在常规教学中，我要充分运用学生的“人力资源”,批改，一定是我的瓶颈，学生作业量大，我一定不胜负荷，这学期是群体学习的模式。
四 个人专业提升
时代发展，作为一名教师，具备较高水平的业务技能，还是最为重要的。本学年我将注重开拓视野，多读书和专业杂志，浏览英语网页，随时记下可借鉴的教学经验、优秀案例等材料，以备参考。不断为自己充电，每天安排一定的时间扎实提高基本功---口语和听力，努力使自己专业水平有提升。
五 指导年轻教师
培养年轻教师，还是我校工作的重心。本学期，我组有四名英语新教师加入，其它7位中青年教师，与其说指导，不如说是相互学习的过程，因为有研究生学历的高才生，也是够我们去学习，大视野回来的教师知识含有量高。我们传递我校工作的规范章程外，提高宝贵经验同时，共成长。
六英语教学工作
在本学期我担任初一9,10班的英语教学。教学上，面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨,始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，注意分层教学，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。本学期的英语教学，我从以下几个方面做起：
1 掌握所学单词。
2 掌握所学句型。
3能使用日常交际用语，进行交流，做到大胆开口，发音正确。
4 养成良好的书写习惯。
5进一步养成听英语、读英语和说英语的良好习惯。

七 教学进度

每次出去学习过程中，见到白发苍苍教育工作者，我常常好生羡慕那些义无反顾将自己投放于教育的人，他们不知疲倦在教学中，他们站在讲台上，注视着成长中的学生，无论走了多久，都在寻找点亮生命的灯。我的工作行行复行行，我想慢慢欣赏一路的风景，细细品味这一学期所遇的酸甜苦辣，喜怒哀乐！努力完成工作任务！

一、指导思想：
为认真贯彻落实学科渗透教育工作精神，社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化，使英语的重要性日益突出，在基础教育阶段中，英语教育也是一个重要组成部分，通过英语学习，激发学生的兴趣，掌握知识，提高口语水平和交际能力，同时又能磨砺意志，陶冶情操，拓宽视野，发展个性。七年级上是学生开启中学英语学习的起始阶段，对于学生中高招，乃至今后的英语终身学习都有重要作用。
二、学生基本情况：
本学期我担任七年级二个班的的英语教学工作。七年级的学生刚从小学升学，很少系统学习过英语，部分学生虽然小学阶段都学过英语，但大部分学生还对英语不重视，不系统，零散化，片面化。所以本学期进行的教学必然会很缓慢，要顺利的完成本学期任务有一定的难度，要考好期末考试就更加不容易。在本学期的英语教学中，本人将致力于一方面应加强英语基础知识的讲解和基本技能的训练，让学生掌握词汇、语法、句型的基础知识和听、说、读、写等基本技能，为进一步学习英语打下坚实的基础；另一方面，又要采取多种措施，注意培养学生对英语学习的兴趣；让学生掌握记忆语音、单词、阅读和写作等英语学习技巧，培养良好的学习习惯和自主探索、合作探究能力，充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性。教学上采取任务型教学方式，运用灵活多变的方法，实现学生语言运用能力的迁移和拓展。尊重并理解学生，与学生一起分享学习中的苦与乐，使每一位学生的英语成绩有所提高，有所进步。
三、本学期的教学重、难点：

四、基本教学方法：
在本学期的英语教学中，坚持以下理念的应用：
1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神；
2、整体设计目标，体现灵活开放，目标设计以学生技能，语言知识，情感态度，学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础；
3、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异。
4、用英语教英语(Teach English in English):
英语毕竟是一门语言，训练的是学生的听、说、读、写、译的综合能力，在教学的过程中需要对学生的听、说、读、写、译的能力进行很多的训练，这就要求我们用英语来教英语，在课堂上对学生进行各种能力的训练。
5、用英语想英语（Think English in English）:
用英语想，也就是用英语思考。学英语而不用英语思考，一定学不好。用英语思考就在用英语进行表达和理解时，没有本族语思考的介入，或者说本族语思考的介入被压缩到了极不明显的程度。这是真正流利、熟练的境界和标志。
6、背诵和多种练习结合：
实事求是的说，大量背诵课文与大量多种练习的结合，乃是对于一切各不相同条件下的英语教学的普遍有效的方法。
7、针对不同的教学内容采用不同的教学方法；
英语的内容较多，包括语音、词汇、语法、交际等等内容，如果对每一项内容都采用同样的方法来进行教育教学，那么即使是再好的学生也不可能学好，再好的教师也不可能教好。因而，针对不同的内容采用不同的教学方法是不可违背的。
五、本学期提高教育教学质量的方法：
1、体现学生的主体地位，发挥教师的指导作用。充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，帮助学生摸索适合自己的学习方法，了解和掌握记忆规律，养成良好的学习习惯，培养学生自主学习的能力。
2、突出语言的实践性，注重培养学生综合运用英语的能力。
3、尽量使用英语，适当使用母语。
4、发扬备课组团结协作，研讨备好学生、课本、课标和课件，确立最佳教案。
5、根据教学内容，进行教学创新，尝试不同的教学方式，激发学生的学习欲望。
6、语言点讲解要做到精讲多练，举一反三，使学生理解准确、深刻、透彻。
7、扩大学生的课外阅读量。增强语感，循序渐进，逐渐提高阅读理解能力。
8、加强书面表达训练，每一单元结合内容布置相应的书面表达练习，择优选读，讲 解技巧，使学生逐渐找到英语写作的窍门。
9、实行分层次教学。制定出培优扶差的目标生，分层次辅导，分层次练习，分层次 要求，使不同程度的学生都能有所提高。
10、合理利用课外资料，重点题要重点练习、重点讲解，做到主次分明，讲求实效。
六、本学期将进行的复习：
本学期的时间虽然较紧，但是我打算在十二月底元月初进入复习阶段，在最后的几个星期里，我将从课本入手，以课本为基础整理本学期所学的知识点，在整理的基础上进行归纳和总结，尽量让学生理解本学期所学的内容，让学生做到心中有数。
