3、双方权利义务:

乙方应按照相关法律法规的要求,保证提供的食品、用餐场地及服务的安全与卫生。
3.乙方应向甲方提供结算清单。
4、违约责任:
1.
甲方未按合同约定支付价款的,应每天按照未支付金额的3%向乙方支付违约金。
2.
甲方未按合同约定在乙方处就餐的,或乙方未按合同约定提供甲方就餐的,应赔偿由此给对方造成的损失。
3.
乙方未按合同约定提供安全、卫生的食品及服务的,应赔偿由此给甲方造成的损失。
5、合同变更与解除:

一方提出解除本合同的,须在就餐日前

6、其他约定:
1.
甲方宴席前至少24小时通知乙方确切的桌数,这个数将作为保证的最低桌数;甲方在宴席开始前1小时减少的桌数乙方按每桌菜价的50%收取损耗费。
2.
甲方参加宴席的任何人不得自带食品、酒水或饮料,否则乙方按100元~200元/每桌收取甲方相应的服务费。
3.
参加甲方宴席活动的任何人造成乙方设施设备的损坏,甲方应承担全部责任。
4.
乙方为保障宾客的生命及财产安全,禁止甲方燃放烟花爆竹(指能产生烟光、声响的烟花、鞭炮、爆竹、礼花弹等)、如有不慎,甲方应承担全部责任。
5.
用公司或单位名义在本合同上签字时,签字人必须拥有这样的权力,否则其个人对本合同的实施负责。
7、争议解决方式:
本合同项下发生的争议,双方应协商解决,协商不成也可提请有关部门调解,或者选择以下一种方式解决:

向人民法院提起诉讼。

向开化县仲裁委员会申请仲裁。

另重申以下3点:
(1)
在本月15日用现金、银联、支票方式付定金90000元,在1月18日举办完成之后付清尾款。
(2)
自助餐按高标准提供,谢绝酒水自带。如若强行自带请付250/瓶开瓶费。
(3)
与会者必须妥善保管贵重物品,一旦丢失,本酒店概不负责。
(4)
与会者请妥善爱护酒店设施,如有损坏
照价赔偿。

理念:
我们的菜单封面的颜色会用的比较深一点玫红的底色,而玫红的庄重而不失优雅精致。封面上也标注了晚宴的举办酒店的名称。内页采用淡粉色底色为主,古镇和祥云的水印,极具中国特色,预示着电子商务业的蓬勃发展,非常适合此次自助餐式会议宴会的场合。而菜单的根据不同菜系整合,使其具有一定的独特性,别具风格。

宴会台面设计
本次会议台面类型为西式自助餐宴会台面,以方桌为主。
一、
台布
方桌采用白色的桌布,白色的椅套,桌椅背用金色薄纱装饰,桌
台上放置一个由铁质材料构成的一个椭圆形,椭圆型最上方摆设着由绿色长叶子中间簇拥着白色的花朵组成一个花团。铁质材料围成代表着会议产业链各环节的相互联系,坚不可摧。最上方的长叶子和和白花与低碳经济相呼应,环保可持续。上面摆放着红色的花团,表示着会议经济与会议酒店的发展前景的红红火火。

餐具
餐具选择西式自助式系列餐具
银看盘:13寸。味碟:4寸。个吃小冷碟,由于全部
客人身份很高,此设计便于客
人取用,在服务中。用完后给予添加。
味碟:2.5寸。黄油与鹅肝酱配面包用。
面包盆与黄油刀:8寸。客人入座前上面放有口布。
青花看盆:1
2寸。客人入厅前是看餐点,入座后将盖在冷菜上的南瓜雕刻盖打开后放在此盆上成为台面饰品之一。
餐具:银大刀、鱼刀、小刀,大叉、鱼叉、小叉,因这次是工作午餐,在宴会中每人还将有工作发言,为了尽少的打扰客人,把能上台的餐具全部上台。
毛巾碟。
水杯、红葡萄酒杯、白葡萄酒杯,客人入座后先斟饮料,后斟葡萄酒,等上主菜前斟红葡萄酒。

一、光线灯光运用
以明亮柔和的光线为主,宴会厅顶端为大型水晶灯。
整个营造出时尚、温暖、高端的气息。给人以轻松、愉快的感觉。
二、宴会色彩运用
在整个以淡粉色的环境下,桌布、口布、椅套、餐具可以采用西式的米白色系。酒店的水杯也往往具备多种色系选择,白色、红色、蓝色。身穿海蓝色的服务员可以捧着黄白相间的小菊花,仿佛将清新与自然捧在手心,细微的清香沁人心脾,为宴会带来靓丽的色彩与香气。每一个进餐台上放置一盏银烛台灯作为装饰,铜质镀银,灯罩由一个葡萄酒杯相嵌其中,营造温暖典雅的氛围。
三、音乐氛围
在宴会上播放静谧的配合着宴会的爵士背景音乐,参宴者可以放松、愉悦的享受的用餐,并且惬意的交谈着。
四、周围环境装饰
天花板以大型水晶灯装饰,墙面以富有现代感的壁画装饰,地面铺金、白两色相交的地毯,整个宴会厅围透适宜,与主题相得益彰。
雅聚廊走道上典雅幽静,在绿树掩映的环境相相映衬体现和谐之美。
五、人工景致装饰
宴会厅中央放置一个中型的与主题大概相符的雕塑。
六、家具装饰
宴会上的家具包括服务台,酒柜,餐桌,器具架,摆花台,主持台,物品台等。这些家具与周围环境相切,保持一致的风格,更显充实。
七、环境绿化
在宴会厅走廊适当的摆放上与整体环境颜色一致的盆景,花束,使得环境相相映衬体现和谐之美。
八、标志
宴会上所使用的刀具、餐具,其他必须用品等都贴上主题标志装饰,突出主题。
九、室内环境控制
做好酒店内温度、湿度、通风度控制工作,始终保持在人们身体最佳适宜度上下,保证好室内空气质量,清新,舒爽,让与宴者处于一个最佳状态。

I
did
in

a.m.

Recently,though,I
found
a
new
favorite
source
for
political
news
--
these
guys
are
great.

think
everybody
here
should
check
it
out,they
tell
it
like
it
is.
It
s
called
whitehouse.gov.

I
cannot
get
enough
of
it.
The
fact
is
I
really
do
respect
the
press.
I
recognize
that
the
press
and
I
have
different
jobs
to
do.
My
job
is
to
be
President;
your
job
is
to
keep
me
humble.
Frankly,I
think
I
m
doing
my
job
better.

But
part
of
the
problem
is
everybody
is
so
cynical.

mean,we
re
constantly
feeding
cynicism,suspicion,conspiracies.

remember
a
few
months
ago,my
administration
put
out
a
photograph
of
me
going
skeet
shooting

David?
You
remember
that?
And
quite
a
number
of
people
insisted
that
this
had
been
photoshopped.
But
tonight
I
have
something
to
confess:
You
were
right.
Guys,can
we
show
them
the
actual
photo?

were

trying
to
tone
it
down
a
little
bit.

That
was
an
awesome

There

new
players

the
media
landscape

his
own
money
last
year

negative

dislike

that
kind
of
money.

and

“Nobama”
for

kind
of

of
the

about

Congress

need

progress

important
issues.
Take
the
sequester.
Republicans
fell
in
love
with
this
thing,and
now
they
can
t
stop
talking
about
how
much
they
hate
it.

we

trapped
in
a
Taylor
Swift
album.

One
senator
who
has
reached
across
the
aisle
recently
is
Marco
Rubio,but
I
don
t
know
about
2016.
I
mean,the
guy
has
not
even
finished
a
single
term
in
the
Senate
and
he
thinks
he
s
ready
to
be
President.

Kids
these
days.
I,on
the
other
hand,have
run
my
last
campaign.
On
Thursday,as
Ed
mentioned,I
went
to
the
opening
of
the
Bush
Presidential
Library
in
Dallas.
It
was
a
wonderful
event,and

inspired
me
to
get
started
on
my
own
legacy,which
will
actually
begin
by
building
another
edifice
right
next
to
the
Bush
Library
--
can
we
show
that,please?

m
also
hard
at
work
on
plans
for
the
Obama
Library.
And
some
have
suggested
that
we
put
it
in
my
birthplace,but
I
d
rather
keep
it
in
the
United
States.

more
serious

Obviously,there
has
been
no
shortage
of
news
to
cover
over
these
past
few
weeks.
And
these
have
been
some
very
hard
days
for
too
many
of
our
citizens.
Even
as
we
gather
here
tonight,our
thoughts
are
not
far
from
the
people
of
Boston
and
the
people
of
West,Texas.
There
are
families
in
the
Midwest
who
are
coping
with
some
terrible
floods.
So
we
ve
had
some
difficult
days.
But
even
when
the
days
seemed
darkest,we
have
seen
humanity
shine
at
its
brightest.
We
ve
seen
first
responders
and
National
Guardsmen
who
have
dashed
into
danger,law
enforcement
officers
who
lived
their
oath
to
serve
and
to
protect,and
everyday
Americans
who
are
opening
their
homes
and
their
hearts
to
perfect
strangers.
And
we
also
saw
journalists
at
their
best
--
especially
those
who
took
the
time
to
wade
upstream
through
the
torrent
of
digital
rumors
to
chase
down
leads
and
verify
facts
and
painstakingly
put
the
pieces
together
to
inform,and
to
educate,and
to
tell
stories
that
demanded
to
be
told.
If
anyone
wonders,for
example,whether
newspapers
are
a
thing
of
the
past,all
you
needed
to
do
was
to
pick
up
or
log
on
to
papers
like
the
Boston
Globe.
(Applause.)
When
their
communities
and
the
wider
world
needed
them
most,they
were
there
making
sense
of
events
that
might
at
first
blush
seem
beyond
our
comprehension.
And
that
s
what
great
journalism
is,and
that
s
what
great
journalists
do.
And
that
s
why,for
example,Pete
Williams
new
nickname
around
the
NBC
newsroom
is
“Big
Papi.“(Applause.)
And
in
these
past
few
weeks,as
I
ve
gotten
a
chance
to
meet
many
of
the
first
responders
and
the
police
officers
and
volunteers
who
raced
to
help
when
hardship
hits,I
was
reminded,as
I
m
always
reminded
when
I
meet
our
men
and
women
in
uniform,whether
they
re
in
war
theater,or
here
back
home,or
at
Walter
Reed
in
Bethesda
--
I
m
reminded
that
all
these
folks,they
don
t
do
it
to
be
honored,they
don
t
do
it
to
be
celebrated.
They
do
it
because
they
love
their
families
and
they
love
their
neighborhoods
and
they
love
their
country.
And
so,these
men
and
women
should
inspire
all
of
us
in
this
room
to
live
up
to
those
same
standards;
to
be
worthy
of
their
trust;
to
do
our
jobs
with
the
same
fidelity,and
the
same
integrity,and
the
same
sense
of
purpose,and
the
same
love
of
country.
Because
if
we
re
only
focused
on
profits
or
ratings
or
polls,then
we
re
contributing
to
the
cynicism
that
so
many
people
feel
right
now.
(Applause.)
And
so,those
of
us
in
this
room
tonight,we
are
incredibly
lucky.
And
the
fact
is,we
can
do
better
--
all
of
us.
Those
of
us
in
public
office,those
of
us
in
the
press,those
who
produce
entertainment
for
our
kids,those
with
power,those
with
influence
--
all
of
us,including
myself,we
can
strive
to
value
those
things
that
I
suspect
led
most
of
us
to
do
the
work
that
we
do
in
the
first
place
--
because
we
believed
in
something
that
was
true,and
we
believed
in
service,and
the
idea
that
we
can
have
a
lasting,positive
impact
on
the
lives
of
the
people
around
us.
And
that
s
our
obligation.
That
s
a
task
we
should
gladly
embrace
on
behalf
of
all
of
those
folks
who
are
counting
on
us;
on
behalf
of
this
country
that
s
given
us
so
much.
