2017年12月8日,我有幸参加了在沈丘县实验小学举行的小学英语课堂教学观摩课。
在这有限的一天的时间内,我听了四位优秀教师的示范课和小学英语英语教研员褚野的精彩报告。本以为,优质课都是表演课,都是枯燥无味的,通过不到一天的观摩,最多可以从观摩课中学几招应用于我的教学中已足矣,可是听完课以后,我发现我错了。授课教师们虽然都是年轻的教师,可是她们创新的教学设计、高效的教学过程以及扎实的教学基本功给我留下了深刻的印象,并从中学到了很多,真是解决了我们一线教师的燃眉之急。
本次教学观摩活动所讲授的教材虽然是外研版(三年级起)的英语教材,但是授课教师在课堂教学中注重运用新课程理念;在教学中注重培养学生实际生活中综合运用知识的能力;把教学环节设计得环环相扣、层次分明;所讲授内容也不仅仅局限于课本,在学生认知范围内进行了拓展,并在道德情感等方面进行升华等,都给我留下了深刻印象。下面我就把自己参加此次学习的心得体会汇报如下:
一、
让学生成为真正的课堂的主人。
我们每个教师在每一课教学前都想要教好这一课,只是在实际教学中由于这样或那样的原因,不能达成所愿,留下种种遗憾。为使每节课都成为有效、高效的课,这就要求我们教师在备课时不仅要充分考虑学生的具体情况,而且还要提前预设出学生的反映。在教学过程中,注重主体性,注重学生能力的培养,注重互动模式的多样性,激发起学生对英语学习的兴趣,营造轻松、民主、快乐的学习气氛。在这次观摩活动中,讲课教师们在教学教程中非常注重教学互动,教学互动包括师生互动和生生互动,并且以教师引导,学生为主体主动、积极地参与到教学过程中,这样就要求教师在进行教学设计时要以学生为主体,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。这一点,也是我们教师在日常教学中所欠缺并急需要解决的问题,

课堂活动的设计要紧紧围绕教学目标来进行,形式与内容密切相关,但要以内容为主。
新课程标准倡导通过表演、唱歌、游戏、竞赛和故事等活动来激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养他们听、说、读、写的能力。在这次教学观摩活动中,给我留有深刻印象的是教师们的精彩的热身环节。她们有的是通过唱节奏分明的小歌曲或小歌谣来吸引学生的注意力。精彩纷呈的热身活动虽然多种多样,但是,教师们都没有光注意课堂活动的形式而忽视教学内容的讲授。
教师的示范课中间,由我县小学英语英语教研员褚野为与会的教师们做了一场受益匪浅的讲座。褚野老师在讲座中重新阐述了小学英语教育的理念。听了褚野老师的讲座,使我受益匪浅,在以后的教学中,我会好好的反思加以提升。在今后的教学中,我将努力改进自己的教学方式,以新课程标准为指导,科学合理地设计教学过程,争取让学生学得更开心、更有效。
此次教学观摩活动,无论观摩课对于教学活动的实践指导还是专家报告的理论指导,使我受益颇多。讲课老师教学功底深厚、教学设计合理、课堂高效;教师们不同的授课风格各异,她们或是干净利索,或是和风细雨,或是幽默自信,或是沉稳自如。通过这次听课,不仅让我开阔了视野,而且也认识到了自己的不足。总的来说,这次观摩课让我的教学经验更加丰富,为以后的教学积累了丰富经验。
