一、工程概况
青岛市浮山所改造工程D1、D2高层住宅楼，基地位于南京路西侧，北临江西路。建筑物西、南两侧为规划建筑。建筑物占地面积3800m2，总建筑面积52000m2。地下二层，地上二十八层，标准层高2.8m，建筑总高度87.2m。
本工程外墙门窗采用塑钢型材制作。设备层至七层采用85系列型材，八层及八层以上采用90系列型材。玻璃全部采用5mm厚普通玻璃。
二、施工准备及制安
（一）材料及制安
采用青岛市集力型材有限公司生产的85、90系列白色型材。D1楼塑钢门窗的制安厂家为青岛市浮盛建材塑钢门窗有限公司，D2楼塑钢门窗的制安厂家为青岛市康泰实业有限公司。
进场的门窗及附件符合国家现行标准的有关规定，并具有合格证。经青岛市工程质量检测站抽检合格后方可安装。
发泡填充剂、密封膏出厂检验资料齐全，符合国家现行标准，密封膏具有弹性和粘结性。
（二）作业条件
门窗洞口按后塞法抹灰成型（里高外低），洞口几何尺
寸准确。由建设、监理、施工单位进行测量验收，并达到
有关标准。
1、
安装用的主要施工机具和工具、材料齐全；量具定期
检验，达不到要求时，及时更换。
2、
必须对进场的塑钢门窗按图纸，核对型号和检查质量
发现劈棱窜角和翘曲不平、偏差超标、严重损伤、划痕
严重、外观色差大的，必须返回拒收。经修整，鉴定合
格后才能安装。
3、
保护膜缺损的，应补粘后再施工安装。
三、塑钢门窗的技术要求
（一）塑钢窗
1、
设备层至七层采用85系列型材，使用≥1.2mm厚的镀
锌防腐钢衬；八层至八层以上采用90系列型材；使用
≥1.5mm厚的镀锌防腐钢衬；
2、
玻璃全部采用5mm厚普通玻璃；
3、
选用优质胶条，毛条；
4、
选用优质实心凸型铝滑轨；
5、
选用优质承重滑轮；
6、
推拉窗扇宽度≤900mm，高≤1500mm。
（二）塑钢门
1、
采用90系列型材；
2、
采用2mm厚镀锌防腐钢衬，5mm厚平板玻璃；
3、
h2200mm，600mm高低部扣板；
4、
其余同塑钢门。
四、安装工艺
本工程塑钢门窗框采用后塞法安装。
1、
窗框从窗洞口由外向内平移，紧贴企口定位放置。
2、
用准备好的垫块通过四角调整窗框的水平和垂直度，均达标后固定。
3、
用7-8mm冲击钻，沿框预留孔垂直向墙内钻孔，而后用8mm尼龙膨胀管螺钉配以5×70mm镀锌螺丝，螺丝表面敷密封胶并加10mm厚镀锌垫片，用螺丝刀固定。固定处要用垫块垫实。
4、
重新检查水平、垂直度、对角线，确保无误后，可用填充剂发泡。
5、
固定孔用填充剂发泡充实，以防渗水。填充剂发泡膨胀过程尽快采用抹上胶的塑料帽按入固定孔。
6、
待填充剂充分膨胀固化后，拆除垫块补打填充剂。
7、
补打填充剂24小时后，沿框垂直方向用裁刀清除外凸的填充剂。门窗框四周内外接缝，可用密封膏嵌缝严密。
8、
密封膏应为均匀、细腻膏状物，不应有汽泡、结皮和凝胶。密封膏为黑色。
9、
窗框安装完后，根据工程进度要求安装门窗扇。
五、工程验收
1、
检查数量：按不同门窗品种、类型的樘数各抽查5%，但均不少于3
樘。
2、
所用门窗的品种、规格、开启方向及安装位置符合设计要求。
3、
门窗安装必须牢固、横平竖直、高低一致。框与墙体缝隙填嵌饱满密实，表面平整光滑，无裂缝。填充材料与方法符合施工规范要求。
4、
门窗扇开启灵活，无倒翘、阻滞及反弹现象。五金配件齐全，位置正确。关闭后密封条应处于压缩状态。
5、
门窗安装后外观质量应表面洁净。大面无划痕，碰伤，锈蚀。

六、安全生产
1、
进入施工现场必须遵守安全生产六大纪律。
2、
施工操作时，必须脚穿防滑鞋。
3、
系牢安全带，安全带紧扣于室内加设的立杆钢管上。
4、
施工时所用的螺丝刀等工具用绳索系于手腕上，防止高空坠物伤人。
5、
操作中，当窗框未固定时，必须用绳系牢窗框，防止窗框松动坠落伤人。
