卫生局于2013年11月6日对我园食堂进行全方面的检查，针对我园的现状，提出了相应的整改条例，同时，在检查人员的指导中，让我园分管人员，深刻地了解到自己的不足和责任的重大及不足的危害，更明确了自己工作的内容，为了孩子和职工的健康我园现结合实况制定了整改方案。
一、
首先召开了领导、主管、炊事员、采购人员的会议，通
报了检查结果，并作了深刻的自检，又一次明确了各岗责任，强调工作范畴和应履行的责任，要求要整改的内容最快执行落实，指定具体落实后的实施流程，所有工作人员要按指定的要求执行，形成常规工作。
二、
各岗按各自的工作内容进行马上整改、落实、上报园长，
再由园长马上落实今后工作的具体实施和考核细则，并统一执行。

餐饮卫生许可证到期，我们马上到卫生局办理，园长督
办。
2、
幼儿园饭菜坚持留样48小时，留量不低于100克，并
根据每餐在留样容器上标注留样的日期、时间、餐名，用保鲜膜封闭，保证食品的原样。
3、
粗加工间的蔬菜存放处，要在离地面和墙面上制作隔离
板，保证蔬菜不着地、不靠墙，且将蔬菜按类有序存放，隔离板要在每周五进行晾晒，粗加工间要每日通风，以
防蔬菜的变质。
4、
所有采购的食品类全部都要在验货后上台账，要求按上
级表格内容逐项填全，并将采购的发票复印后张贴在相应的台账页码上，进一步健全台账。

11月1日下午，教体局宝局长协同药品、食品、卫生等部门一行到我园对食品安全工作进行检查指导，主要针对我园食堂卫生安全方面存在的问题进行了落实和反馈。检查工作一结束，宝局长一行在四楼会议室现场办公，对幼儿园食品安全方面存在的问题一一指出，并讲清食品安全工作的重要性。
宝局长一行离开我园到其他单位检查后，我园立即行动，首先电话向张园长汇报情况，10分钟后，召开食品安全管理人员会议，强调目前存在问题及严重性。
11月5日接到文件内教办函【2013】150号《关于印发侯元厅长在加强全区学校幼儿园饮食安全管理工作电视电话会议上的讲话的通知》根据文件精神组织全园教职工认真学习与并做了记录。11月6日，经幼儿园研究决定，下午3：30召开食品安全管理人员及食堂从业人员紧急会议。会议一个议题：食品卫生安全要高度重视，立即行动。现将幼儿园整改情况汇报如下：

亲亲幼儿园食堂整改报告
2014年12月10日，运城市食品药品监督管理局盐湖区分局来我校进行食堂常规工作检查，分别检查食品安全管理制度、食品原材料采购流程、食品留样及库存情况。在检查过程中，我校食品安全管理制度及食品安全事故应急预案基本符合要求，食品留样也十分规范，而食品原材料采购的索证、索票工作还有所欠缺，库房内食品原料分类上架存放并保持通风透气也没有做到位。为此，运城市食品药品监督管理局盐湖区分局立即向我校公布了检测结果并要求我校食堂进行整改。
对于食堂工作人员持证上岗、采购索证、索票及库存不合格的情况我校进行了自查和整改。
（一）自查情况如下：
1、在购买食品原材料时，有些自认为不需要索证、索票的食品原料就没有进行索证索票。
2、仓库设在距离食堂较近，没有考虑到通风透气等方面。
3、工作人员应领取证件后方可上岗工作。
4、留样应有专柜留样。
5、清洗池不够无标志没有区别使用。
（二）整改情况如下：
学校领导和相关工作人员针对此次食品药品监督管理局的整改通知，认真学习，并召开工作会议，排查问题所在，总结经验教训，布置整改方案，严格责任到人，把好食品操作各个关口（食品采购关、食品存贮关、食品操作关、食品安全关等），确保食品安全卫生。针对此次事件，我校食堂针对食品采购关、食品储存关及常规工作整改如下：
1、食品采购：
（1）进入学校食堂的食品，一定做到知根知源，一物一证。
（2）对没有证的农产品，一定要问清来源，记清购买的时间及卖主是谁。
（3）没有索证、索票或进行登记的物品一律不准进入学校食堂。
2、食品储存：
（1）学校食堂采购的食品原材料一定要进行分类离地上架存放。
（2）库房安排在通风透气性良好的地方。
（3）库房要做到随时消毒，并且随时检查是否有变质的食品，一经发现，立即当废弃物处理。
（4）做好食品留样工作并做好记录工作。
（5）做好餐具消毒工作，做到每餐后消毒，认真做好消毒记录工作。
（6）做好厨房废物处理工作，并做好登记。
（7）保证厨房油烟机工作正常，定期清洗并保持正常使用。
（8）已增设清洗池，并注明标示，区别使用。
3、常规工作：
（1）不断完善食品安全管理制度。
（2）把好食品采购关、食品存贮关、食品操作关。责任到人，发现问题，一查到底。
（3）抓好食堂环境卫生工作，随时保持食堂干净整洁。
（4）熟食操作时严格遵守操作规范。
