系统应符合国家新颁布的《MT1082-2008煤炭产量远程监测系统通用技术要求》、及山西省煤炭厅晋煤办信发（2011）189号《关于进一步加强全省煤炭产量监控系统管理的通知》、《山西省煤炭工业局产量监控技术规范》的要求；

严格按照合同工期进度施工，施工期间的食宿、交通费用自理；

向甲方提供系统的使用说明书及全套系统设备资质；
?
对甲方使用和维护人员进行培训；乙方对甲方提供软件免费升级服务；

乙方向甲方提供售后服务承诺书。

系统集成要求
系统集成的主要目标是使整个网络能够连通并具有互操作性，所有计算机系统和设备能够接通并正常运转，所有软件能够在相应平台上正常运行。

（1）、硬件设备集成
所有硬件设备在合同中所规定的地点和环境下，实现正常运行，并达到合同要求的性能和产品技术规格中的性能。
（2）、软件产品集成
对本项目所有软件根据合同要求，在合同规定的环境下，实现正常运行，并达到合同要求的性能和产品技术规格中的性能，乙方提供软件免费升级。
（3）、设备及软件验收要求
依据合同要求对全部设备的型号，规格、数量、外形、包装及资料、文件（如装箱单、安标证、防爆证等）的验收。
甲方与乙方在设备及软件到货后共同配合进行开箱检查，当出现损坏、数量不全或产品与合同不符等问题时，由乙方负责解决。

系统集成要求
在合同规定的地点和环境下，将本次采购的所有设备、软件与现有系统进行集成并实现正常运行，同时达到技术协议要求的性能和产品技术规格中的性能。具体包括以下两部分的集成：
（1）产量监控系统应用系统的集成

负责完成对
公司的数据采集、本地存储，以及数据加密、上传工作；

负责完成对乙方所提供设备的安装调试工作；
?
完成项目中所有软件的安装调试工作，并保证预定功能的实现；

协助完成对软件的后续调整工作；
（2）系统集成的验收要求
项目验收包括设备到货验收和系统验收两个阶段。
由甲、乙双方共同组成验收小组。由甲方逐项进行验收，提交项目验收报告。
在合同规定的地点和环境下，将采购的所有设备、软件与现有系统进行集成并实现正常运行，同时达到合同要求的性能和产品技术规格中的性能。

技术支持及售后服务

保修和保修期
乙方所有产品提供一年的免费技术支持与保修。自双方代表在验收单上签字之日起计算。保修期内，乙方负责对其提供的设备进行保修，不收取额外费用。保修期后,更换损坏部件及备件按签定合同时价格计算，软件故障收取人工费及差旅费。
六、
设备运输及保管
1、
运输和包装
所有设备运输由乙方承担，货物运输到甲方指定地点。乙方保证设备完好到达甲方指定交货地点。
2、
货物保管
当货物正式从乙方移交给甲方之前，所发生的一切风险由乙方承担。货物移交甲方后货物由甲方保管。
