一、写作要点

1.建议信的内容:作者就有关问题进行分析,并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和建议。

2.建议信的对象:(1)写给个人,就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点;(2)写给某个组织和机构,就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。

注意:建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、理由充足,具有合理性和说服力。语气和用词要恰当,如果收信人是长者,则宜采用严谨、谦虚、正式的语言;如果对方是亲密的朋友,语言就可以亲切自然一些。
