大家好！
我是来自宝金矿业集团有限公司的----号参赛选手孙丽，今天我演讲的题目是“祝您生日快乐”。
记得很小很小的时候，我们就会唱一首歌“没有共产党，就没有新中国”，那个时候，似乎并不真正明白其中的含义。随着年龄的增长，共产党的形象在我的脑海里逐渐清晰，在小学的课本上，重现了一幕又一幕彰显党光辉形象的场景：
牛儿还在山上吃草，放牛的却不知哪儿去了？那是1942年10月25日早上，蓝蓝天空，绿绿的草地，王二小赶着他的牛群，多么美好的画面。可是可恨的敌人又向一条山沟扫荡，山沟里掩护着后方机关，掩护着几千老乡，正在那十分危急的时候，敌人快要走到山口，昏头昏脑地迷失了方向，抓住了二小要他带路，二小他顺从地走在前面,，把敌人带进我们的埋伏圈，四下里乒乒乓乓响起了枪炮,敌人才知道受了骗.，敌人把二小挑在枪尖把他弱小的身躯摔在一块大石头上！,我们十三岁的王二小,可怜牺牲在山间，干部和老乡得到了安全,他却睡在冰冷的山间,他的脸上含着微笑,他的血染红了蓝的天.秋风吹遍了每个村庄,他把这动人的故事传扬,每一个村庄都含着眼泪,歌唱着放牛郎王二小。
再看那１９４７年１月１２日，国民党阎锡山军和地主武装“复仇自卫队”包围了云周西村，将群众赶到场地上，刘胡兰因叛徒出卖被捕。在敌人威胁面前，她坚贞不屈，大义凛然。敌人问她：“你给八路做过什么工作？”刘胡兰大声说：“我什么都做过！”“你为啥要参加共产党？”“因为共产党为穷人办事。”“你‘自白’吧，你‘自白’了，就放了你，也给你一份土地。”刘胡兰说：“你给我个‘金人’，也不‘自白’！”敌人恼羞成怒：“你小小年纪好嘴硬啊！你就不怕死？”刘胡兰斩钉截铁地回答：“怕死不当共产党！”残忍的敌人为了使她屈服，在她面前将同时被捕的6位革命群众用铡刀杀害。但刘胡兰毫无惧色，从容走向铡刀，壮烈牺牲，年仅１５岁。
还有数以千万像王二小、刘胡兰这样为了祖国的和平安康而壮烈牺牲的烈士，年幼的儿童团成员、年轻的共产党员……为了新中国的解放，为了能让老百姓过上好日子，有那么多党的优秀儿女，他们不惜抛头颅洒热血，献出自己宝贵而年轻的生命。中国共产党，是一个响亮的名字，因为您有着“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”的高尚品质，奉献、付出、使命、责任是对您最好的诠释。
时光如流水，日月如穿梭，
2011年了，您已90高寿了，90年来，您走过了极为不平凡的风雨历程，有过挫折、有过失误，但谁也不能否认，成就是巨大的，业绩是辉煌的。在您的带领下，中国的经济飞速发展，高科技领域也取得了突飞猛进的进展，人民生活也基本达到小康水平……90年后，中国已屹立于世界的东方，90个寒暑、90个足迹、90年风雨、90年辉煌。
您是雨后的阳光，为潮湿的大地带来了光明和希望。哪里有困难，哪里就由您的身影。哪里需要帮助，哪里就由您温暖的双手；哪里发生纠纷，哪里就由您公正而正义的声音……2008年汶川地震、2011年舟曲泥石流，虽然在灾难面前，我们都是脆弱的，但是我们并没有畏惧，我们各族人民在您和国家的带领下始终如一的团结一致对抗各种艰难险阻，共同战胜了这些灾难。您是中国人民坚强的臂膀，是中国的中流砥柱。
我是一名土生土长的额尔古纳人，记忆中儿时的额尔古纳没有超市，只有一两个小商店，人们要买大件东西都要去海拉尔。现在变了，我们的额尔古纳开了很多超市，商场里商品琳琅满目，让人目不暇接。
儿时的额尔古纳人们住的都是瓦房。有些瓦房在下雨时还不断的漏雨；有些瓦房上的瓦片都要碎了。房子的墙是用泥砖做成的，屋里的光线很差……而现在，变成了一幢幢崭新的楼房。有些楼房前还种上了四季常绿的风景树。高树底树相互映衬，加上各色盛开的鲜花，真是仙境一般。人们穿着干干净净的衣服，站在阳台上晒着暖和的阳光。
儿时的额尔古纳，道路两旁路灯很少，现在，路边挂有形式各异的路灯。每到晚上，路灯绽放出花一样的光，那光温和又明亮，照着夜行的人、夜走的车辆，在静寂的夜空中熠熠生辉。与周围人家发出的亮光连成一片，又成了亮丽祥和静夜图。
儿时的额尔古纳基本没有游客，很少能见到像现在一样每逢进入夏天，草原变绿的时候，一辆辆旅游大巴车开进我们的家乡，家乡的旅游业在蒸蒸日上，我的家乡拥有了能够接待高规模、高档次贵宾的场所，同时各种家庭游如雨后春笋般涌现，人们的观念日渐改变，我们的日子越来越好了。
身边有太多的改变、太多的变化，让我禁不住感叹共产党的领导，在党的正确领导下，我们的家乡有了翻天覆地的变化，我们的祖国繁荣昌盛。
在这百花争艳、风景怡人的季节，迎来了您九十岁的生日，中国的儿女为您送上生日的祝福，作为一名土生土长的额尔古纳人，我见证了家乡的变化，我感叹于祖国的强大，我感激于前辈们的牺牲，我坚定了奋斗的信念。党，我亲爱的妈妈，祝您生日快乐！

a

city.Fortunately,the

has
control
the
situation
now,we
are
happy
to
see
some
parts

river

become
clean
again,and
we
even
can
find
fish
sometime.The
unique
earth
is
the
only
planet
full
of
lives,the
water
is
just
like

blood
in
the

saving

we

一、写好演讲稿，首先要选好材料
写作前，要根据所确定的主题，收集相关的材料。要选择那些通俗易懂、听众熟悉、人人都能听明白的材料；对那些生僻的、可能会有很多人听不懂的材料一定不要选。因为演讲是一种即时性的表演，听众没有时间去查证你所讲的内容的来源和出处。因此，在写演讲稿之前，要了解听众的情况，有针对性地选择材料，这是演讲成功的必要条件，也是写好演讲稿必须注意的问题。例文是小作者在升旗仪式上的演讲稿，所选的材料都是老师和同学能听懂的内容，所以才能引起共鸣。
二、有了材料，写作时还要弄清格式
演讲稿属于应用文，它是由标题、称呼、正文三部分组成的。演讲稿的标题要么揭示主题，要么点明内容，要么提出问题，要么引发思考，总之，标题要有内容。例文——“祖国在我心中”就属于揭示主题的标题，标题告诉我们，小作者的演讲将围绕“祖国在我心中”这一主题展开
称呼顶格写，后面加冒号。称呼的内容要根据“听众”的身份来确定。演讲稿的重点部分是正文，正文在称呼的下一行，空两格写。
三、写正文时一定要抓住重点与其他类型的文章一样，写演讲稿要有详有略，突出重点。正文可分为开头、主体、结语三部分。
开头可以从演讲的题目或演讲的缘由说起，也可以从别的事情落笔，然后再引入正题，还可以提出问题，引起听众的思考。例文的开头采用的是后两种写法。
主体是演讲稿的核心内容，也是重点部分。要写好这部分内容，首先要分清演讲稿的类型，然后根据所写演讲稿的特点，采用相应的表达方式。一般说来，演讲稿有记叙性的，有议论性的，有抒情性的。显然，本次作文属于抒情性的。无论哪种类型的演讲稿，都离不开描述人物和事件，都应该用具体的事例阐明自己的观点，因为只有这样，才能让听众信服。不同的是，每种类型演讲稿的侧重点有所不同。本次作文，在表达方式上应该侧重“抒情”的运用，要抒发对祖国热爱、崇敬和赞美的思想感情。
其次，要围绕中心组织材料。写作“祖国在我心中”这类渗透着浓厚的爱国情感的演讲稿，要饱含真挚的感情，摆出事实，讲明道理，要寓情于事，寓情于理，以达到以情感人，以情动人，以理服人的目的
主体部分写完后，还要给演讲稿写一个结语。结语写得好不好，直接关系到演讲稿的成败。结语有四种方法：一是总括全文，加深印象；二是提出希望，催人奋进；三是表明决心，发出誓言；四是呼应标题，突出中心。

最后提醒同学们注意的是，演讲稿是为演讲服务的，写作时一定要使用易说易懂的口语，力求使讲者“上口”，听者“入耳”。只有做到了上述几点，写出的演讲稿才是成功的。
通过几年的演讲课，我有几点经验和反思现总结如下：
演讲稿的结构分开头、主体、结尾三个部分，其主体结构原则与一般文章的结构原则大致相同。但是，它的开头和结尾有特殊的要求。
一、开头要引人入胜
我认为演讲稿的开头，有二项任务：一是建立说者与听者的同感；二是如字义所释，打开场面，引入正题。好的演讲稿，一开头就应该用最简洁的语言、最经济的时间，把听众的注意力和兴奋点吸引过来，这样，才能达到出奇制胜的效果。
例如：
1、
讲几句幽默的笑话，用几句诚恳的话同听众建立个人间的关系，获得听众的好感和信任；
2、用某一件小事，一个比喻，个人经历，轶事传闻，出人意外的提问，将主要演讲内容衔接起来；
3、用世界上许多著名的政治家、作家和国家领导人的演讲激发听众。
演讲稿的开头有多种方法，通常用的主要有：
1．演讲开头是开讲，就进入正题，直接提示演讲的中心。使听众一听就知道讲的中心是什么，注意力马上集中起来。
2．介绍故事，说明根由。这种开头可以迅速缩短与听众的距离，使听众急于了解下文。
3．提出问题，引起关注一开讲就能引发听众的
积极思考，把人们带到一个情境中去。例如：“同学们，请恕我问一问，今天为什么邀我在这儿发言？我，或者我所代表的同学们，同大家在一起有什么相干？”
二、结尾要简洁有力，余音绕梁。
1．结尾是演讲内容的自然收束。言简意赅、余音绕梁的结尾能够使听众精神振奋，并促使听众不断地思考和回味；
2．这是演讲稿结尾最为有效的方法。在演讲处于高潮的时候，听众大脑皮层高度兴奋，注意力和情绪都由此而达到最佳状态，如果在这种状态中突然收束演讲，那么保留在听众大脑中的最后印象就特别深刻。
3．演讲稿的结尾没有固定的格式，或对演讲全文要点进行简明扼要的小结，或以号召性、鼓动性的话收束，或以诗文名言以及幽默俏皮的话结尾。但一般原则是要给听众留下深刻的
印象。
