一、指导思想
始终遵循学校总体工作思路,围绕“一个”中心:安全、稳定这个中心;做好“两个”服务:做好教育教学服务工作,做好师生生活服务工作;落实“三个”到位:认识到位、责任到位、措施到位。通过建设和加强后勤管理制度,建立良好的后勤管理秩序,挖掘后勤工作潜力,调动后勤工作的积极性,确保后勤服务工作更上一层楼。
二、工作要点
(一)抓好常规工作
1、加强队伍建设
(1)加强政治理论和业务素质的学习。通过学习政策法规,学习教育教学理论,提高管理人员自身素质;通过学习现代技术和先进管理经验,掌握一定技能,提高管理水平;通过加强思想政治教育,创优质服务,树立爱岗敬业、职业道德高尚的新形象;通过按时参加学校安排的各项学习,了解社会动态,了解学校工作中心和工作要求,为广大师生提供更优质的服务。
(2)进一步健全后勤人员的岗位责任制,要从学校工作需要出发定岗、定责,使每一个人都明确自己的工作岗位和工作职责,做到事事有人管,事事有人干,事事有记录,事事有落实。
(3)树立后勤为教学第一线服务的思想,进一步改进工作作风。要多思考、多学习、多听反映、多听意见。遇事能做的,随时处理,不拖拉,不当甩手先生。坚持多上门、多服务、服好务。
(4)完善“每日巡视制度”,总务处安排人员对学校环境、绿化、卫生、安全、校舍维修、设备使用等进行每日巡视,并做好相关记录。对发现的问题及时做好处理和反馈。学校各部门、班级等提出的报修,要求在最短的时间内做好维修,并作好记录。
2、加强制度建设
(1)本学期将对原有规章制度重新审查、充实、完善,使之真正起到激励约束和规范个人行为的作用,真正能用制度去管理人、教育人、评价人。
(2)对各项工作都能做到有安排、有检查、有落实,及时总结经验,吸取教训,纠正偏差,不断提升后勤服务工作的档次和水平。
(3)进一步完善校产管理制度,做到制度健全,职责明确,如有损耗及时维修,或予以添置。
(4)完善物品采购制度,根据采购物品的价值大小,做好采购审批制度及物品的验收归库工作。
3、加强校园建设
(1)切实加大对校园环境的管理力度,教育学生爱护校园的一草一木,积极开展美化校园的活动,重视花草树木的管理,确保校园净化、美化、绿化。
(2)切实加强各功能教室、活动室的管理,充分发挥各功能教室、活动室的作用。严格执行专用室的保管责任制和谁损坏谁赔偿的原则。
4、加强财务管理
(1)严禁乱收乱付,做到勤俭节约,压缩非教育开支,把有限的资金用于学校建设的刀口上。

我所担任的六年级(2)班的学生,原有的语文基础参差不齐,高低不一。因此新学期中,应一面加强“双基”训练,一面着重阅读和写作能力的提高;注意培养学生对事物的好奇心和强烈的探究兴趣;让学生观察周围事物,亲身体验,有所感受,有所发现;使学生有强烈的参与意识和合作精神,整体提高全体学生的语文素养。
二、教学要求:
(一)识字与写字
有较强的独立识字能力。要求会写80个字。硬笔书写楷书,行款整齐,有一定的速度。
(二)阅读
能用普通话正确、流利、有感情地朗读课文。

六、做好差生的转化工作:
后进生产生后进原因的因素是非常之多,作为老师要想转化后进生,首先要让学生找回自信,鼓励是后进生找回自信的最好良药。在上课的时候,老师要专门捡后进生会的东西提问,不要在课堂上随便批评他,要经常在课上课下抓住后进生的闪光点进行表扬,哪怕是点点进步。只要后进生找回了自信,他对学习就产生了兴趣,然后再慢慢给后进生加餐。我认为这是转化后进生的良药。如果认为后进生可以轻而易举实现转化,不用做艰苦的工作,那倒是有点不正常。所以转化后进生需有耐心。耐心,就是要允许学生有多次反复,就是要提倡一而再,再而三地做教育工作,循序渐进,由浅入深,由低向高发展,这是历史以来有效的教育原则。在以往的教学中,我用这种办法转化了一大批后进生,效果十分明显。本学期将继续抓好差下生的转化工作。
