在党的十八届五中全会召开前夕，中共中央印发了《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》。准则和条例总结了多年以来从严治党的宝贵经验，是加强党的建设、严明党的纪律、全面从严治党的理论创新、实践创新、制度创新的最新成果,是《党章》规定的具体化，这是党中央在新形势下推进从严治党的治本之举。
根据区委和区教体局关于深入学习准则和条例的要求，我带头认真学习，在此基础上，我积极组织全校党员干部采取多种形式深入研读《准则》、《条例》，迅速在全校掀起学习热潮。通过学习，
我深刻认识到：《准则》和《条例》，坚持依规治党与以德治党有机结合，既确立了理想信念的“高线”，又明确了党内法规的“底线”，充分体现了“全面”、“从严”相济的原则。
一、常补精神之钙，时刻敬畏“高线”。
通过学习，我充分认识到，准则和条例的颁布实施，是党中央在新的历史条件下全面从严治党、加强党风廉政建设和党的纪律建设的重大举措，对于树立党章权威、扎紧制度笼子，改进党的作风、严明党的纪律，落实全面从严治党要求，具有十分重要的指导意义。两项法规相互配套，准则坚持正面倡导、重在立德，是党员和党员领导干部能够看得见、够得着的高标准；条例围绕党纪戒尺要求，开列负面清单，重在立规，划出了党组织和党员不可触碰的“底线”。
二、长修廉政之德，坚决守住“底线”。
通过学习，我深刻认识到，不论作为一名领导干部，还是作为一名教育者，一定要认真践行“三严三实”，以《准则》、《条例》指导自己的言行。作为党务工作者，要做好支部工作，加强对党员队伍的管理，加强组织生活，做好对党员的思想教育，落实好党风廉政建设的主体责任。在平时的工作和生活中，从一点一滴做起，时刻约束自我，坚持做到自尊、自爱，自控、自律，时刻牢记党的纪律。通过学习，我进一步牢固树立共产主义理想信念，进一步增强了大局意识、责任意识、忧患意识，并能在强化服务意识上下功夫，自觉从思想上筑起抵御腐朽思想侵蚀的坚固防线，时刻以树立党员良好形象为自己行动、处世的准则，在生活上严格要求自己，敢于抵制各种不正之风，争当优秀党员。
三、常怀律己之心，始终不越“红线”。
通过学习，我深深体会到，重修后的条例突出重点、针砭时弊，实现党规党纪和法律法规的有机衔接，凸显“党纪严于国法”的高标准。国家治理需要依靠法律，党员管理则要强调纪律。党员遵守国家法律是份内之事，而由于角色身份特殊，还需遵守纪律和规矩，党纪严于国法，标准更高，要求也更高。此次修订落实从严治党、党要管党的要求，强化违纪查处，为党纪“加码”，在法律之前为党员划定纪律底线，从小错抓起，不让党纪严于国法沦为空话。作为学校基层党员干部，我充分认识到要敬畏高线、守住底线、不越红线，廉洁自律，接受监督，常怀律己之心、时刻铭记党的纪律，全心全意为师生服务，努力弘扬中华民族传统美德，永葆共产党员的先进性和纯洁性。
