通过学习,我对新课标新理念有了较深刻的认识,认识到作为一线教师,要想按新理念上好新教材,必须要更新观念,下苦工夫提高自身的理论素养及专业水平,才能适应英语新课程改革需要,达到新课标的要求。以下是自己对学习的一些体会:

一。加强学习新课程标准理念,深刻领会英语课程的要求

新课标指出英语课程的任务是:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合做精神;使学生掌握一定的英语基础知识和听。说、读、写技能,形成一定的综合语言运用能力;培养学生的观察、记忆、思维、想象能力和创新能力;帮助学生了解世界和中西方文化的差异,拓展视野,培养爱国主义精神,形成健康的人生观,为他们的终身学习和发展打下良好的基础。准确把握新课程标准的理念、目标和内容,运用教育学和心理学理论,研究英语教学的规律,根据教学目标、学生的实际情况以及本地客观条件,积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法,加强自身的中外文化修养,拓宽知识面,掌握现代教育技术,能在自己的实际教学中加以运用。

二、关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围

一个好的教师应该是学生的良师益友,

学生只有对老师、对英语学习有积极的情感和兴趣,才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果,而且会影响学生的心里发展。因此,在英语教学中我们应该自始至终关注学生的情感,努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。为此英语教师要做到:

1、尊重每个学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试,保护他们的自尊心和积极性;

2、把英语教学与情感教育有机地结合起来,创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习、互相帮助,体验集体荣誉感和成就感,发展合作精神;

3、特别关注性格内向学习有困难的学生,尽可能多地为他们创造语言实践的机会;

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道,经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果,互相鼓励和帮助,做到教学相长。

三、尽量采用“任务型“的教学途径,培养学生综合语言运用能力

依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容,尽量设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点,内容和方式要尽量真实,吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成学习任务。促使学生获取、处理和使用信息,用英语与他人交流,发展用英语解决实际问题的能力,同时,积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学习和生活之中。

四、加强对学生学习策略的指导,为他们终身学习奠定基础

使学生养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略是英语课程的重要任务之一。教师要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导,让他们在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。应做到:

1、积极创造条件,让学生参与制订阶段性学习目标以及实现目标的方法;

2、引导学生结合语境,采用推测、查阅或询问等方法进行学习;

3、设计探究式的学习活动,促进学生实践能力和创新思维的发展;

4、引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳和实践等方法,学习语言知识,感悟语言功能;

5、引导学生在学习过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

五、认真指导学生进行研究性学习,拓展文化视野,发展他们跨文化交际的意识和能力

语言与文化有密切的联系,语言是文化的重要载体。教师应处理好二者的关系,努力使学生在学习英语的过程中了解外国文化,特别是英语国家文化,风俗,礼仪;按照课标的要求,每个老师要指导学生进行相关课题的研究性学习,我们要充分利用这些机会,帮助学生提高理解和恰当运用英语的能力,不断拓展文化视野,加深对本国文化的理解,发展跨文化交际的意识和能力。

六、组织生动活泼的课外活动,促进学生的英语学习

根据学生的年龄特点和兴趣爱好,积极开展各种课外活动有助于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展智力和个性、展现才能,例如可以利用第二课堂开展英语对话朗诵、唱歌、讲故事、演讲、表演等英语课外活动,培养他们的自主性和创新意识。

随着我国对外开放的不断深入,对外交往日益频繁,英语的使用显得尤为重要,因此,作为一名教师,要有发展的眼光,必须要不断加强现代教育理论的学习,不断更新专业知识,努力提高自己的文化素养。通过本次新课标的学习,使自己在观念上有了很大的提高,从而将能极大的指导自己的教学工作
