健康的我们,更要学会容忍自己的不足和缺点。俗话说人无完人。正因为这样,我们才要不断学习、不断提高自己。如何在正视不足和缺点的前提下,采取积极的行动来弥补不足、克服缺点呢?一方面要正确和别人做比较,认识到自己在群体中处于什么样的位置,寻找以后努力的方向;另一方面要正确认识自己。不要只从不同的方面平价自己,却看不到自己的优点,老觉得“某某的学习比我好,某某的书法比我好,某某的琴比我弹得好”,而实际上每个人身上都有自己的闪光点:学习好的可能体育不如你,书法好的可能学习不如你,不要一味给自己挑毛病。既能够看到闪光点,也能够看到不足之处,对自己的认识才会全面,才能更好的取长补短。
台湾著名作家琼瑶,小时候除了语文外,其他学科成绩并不好。有一次,数学考试她只考了20分,学校发给她一张“通知单”,要她拿回去给父母盖章。捱到深夜,她鼓足勇气拿着通知书交给母亲。母亲整个脸色都阴暗下去,将他好好责骂了一顿。她绝望的给母亲写了一封长信,服毒自杀,幸亏抢救及时,才没有造成终身的遗憾。从死神手中逃回来的她,分析了自己的长处与短处,下决心取长补短,专心写作。父母默认了她的追求,她开始发挥自己写作方面的长处,真正追求自己的事业,最终取得了令人羡慕的成就。
所以我们要多鼓励自己:“成绩单不漂亮没关系,只要我努力,就是一名好学生!”“基础不好没关系,只要我每天都有进步,就是一种成功!”“我的生活是充满阳光的,努力的我最美丽!”这样自信的度过每一天,你会越来越体验到:我的人生是非常有价值的,我是最棒的!

大家上午好!
我是来自**县国税局的***,今天,我演讲的题目是《做虔诚国税人,圆幸福中国梦》。
一个人可以一无所有,但,不能没有梦想!梦想是甚么?是一份执着,是一股气力,是我们心底最深最美的渴看。怀揣着梦想,我总在他人逛街、游玩时静坐在图书馆或自习室为自己充电;怀揣着梦想,我总在他人照旧酣睡之时已静静起床,迎接晨露与朝霞;怀揣着梦想,不管面对怎样的困难和挑战,我都会鼓励自己天道酬勤不酬怨,要奋勇向前!
就学期间,通过对税收知识的学习和了解,我熟悉到一个国家的富强稳定,离不开税收的支持,也明白了这身蓝色税装肩上的责任!在一次职业生涯规划后,我明确了今后努力的方向,我要回到我的故乡,做一位共和国的税官,为故乡的建设添砖加瓦!***年**月,正读大四的我满怀希看地参加了国税系统的公务员提拔考试,遗憾的是,最后却以综合成绩0.65分的微小差距和国税事业擦肩而过。但,我并没有气馁,由于有梦想给我指引,有梦想给我安慰!***年**月,我照旧坚定地报考了***国税局,梦想的声音告知我,我一定要回到***,回到那片我深爱的土地!我已忘记了自己有多少次在梦里做题、答题,也不记得有多少次在公交车上看书、学习。但,我从未觉得累,由于有梦想给我气力!***年**月**日,当我看到公示信息时,回顾自己追逐梦想的历程,忍不住喜极而泣!我感激梦想对我的指引,我感叹梦想成真的不容易。
一个人的成长是这样,一个国家的发展、民族的振兴亦是如此!当下,实现中华民族伟大复兴的号角已吹响,无数华夏儿女都在为中国梦的早日实现而辛苦付出。然而,中国梦其实不是虚无缥缈的空中楼阁,而是真梁实柱撑起的恢宏大厦。身着这蓝色的税装,我庆幸自己具有了国税这个开辟梦想的新平台来实现我人生的价值,为构建这恢弘大厦,挥洒自己的汗水,倾尽自己的气力!
道虽迩,不行不至,事虽小,不为不成。正如习近平总书记说的那样“空谈误国,实干兴邦”!从税路上,梦想之花需要我们用实干精神来浇灌。在实际工作中,我们要发扬务实肯干的拼搏精神,不挑肥拣瘦,不琐屑较量,从小事动身,从细处着眼。干一行,爱一行,钻一行,精一行。相信,在领导的带领和指引下,在同事的关心和帮助下,本着这样一种实干精神,今天,我们是“新兵”,明天,一定能够成为“特种兵”!

Today
I
would
like
to
begin
with
a
story.
There
was
once
a
physical
therapist
who
traveled
all
the
way
from
America
to
Africa
to
do
a
census
about
mountain
gorillas.
These
gorillas
are
a
main
attraction
to
tourists
from
all
over
the
world;
this
put
them
severely
under
threat
of
poaching
and
being
put
into
the
zoo.
She
went
there
out
of
curiosity,but
what
she
saw
strengthened
her
determination
to
devote
her
whole
life
to
fighting
for
those
beautiful
creatures.
She
witnessed
a
scene,a
scene
taking
us
to
a
place
we
never
imaged
we
ve
ever
been,where
in
the
very
depth
of
the
African
rainforest,surrounded
by
trees,flowers
and
butterflies,the
mother
gorillas
cuddled
their
babies.
Yes,that
s
a
memorable
scene
in
one
of
my
favorite
movies,called
Gorillas
in
the
Mist,based
on
a
true
story
of
Mrs.
Diana
Fossey,who
spent
most
of
her
lifetime
in
Rwanda
to
protect
the
ecoenvironment
there
until
the
very
end
of
her
life.
To
me,the
movie
not
only
presents
an
unforgettable
scene
but
also
acts
as
a
timeless
reminder
that
we
should
not
develop
the
tourist
industry
at
the
cost
of
our
eco-environment.
Today,we
live
in
a
world
of
prosperity
but
still
threatened
by
so
many
new
problems.
On
the
one
hand,tourism,as
one
of
the
most
promising
industries
in
the
21st
century,provides
people
with
the
great
opportunity
to
see
everything
there
is
to
see
and
to
go
any
place
there
is
to
go.
It
has
become
a
lifestyle
for
some
people,and
has
turned
out
to
be
the
driving
force
in
GDP
growth.
It
has
the
magic
to
turn
a
backward
town
into
a
wonderland
of
prosperity.
But
on
the
other
hand,many
problems
can
occur
-
natural
scenes
aren
t
natural
anymore.
Deforestation
to
heat
lodges
are
devastating
Nepal.
Oil
spills
from
tourist
boats
are
polluting
Antarctica.
Tribal
people
are
forsaking
their
native
music
and
dress
to
listen
to
U2
on
Walkman
and
wear
Nike
and
Reeboks.
All
these
appalling
facts
have
brought
us
to
the
realization
that
we
can
no
longer
stand
by
and
do
nothing,because
the
very
thought
of
it
has
been
eroding
our
resources.
Encouragingly,the
explosive
growth
of
global
travel
has
put
tourism
again
in
the
spotlight,which
is
why
the
United
Nations
has
made
2002
the
year
of
ecotourism,for
the
first
time
to
bring
to
the
world
s
attention
the
benefits
of
tourism,but
also
its
capacity
to
destroy
our
ecoenvironment.
Now
every
year,many
local
ecoenvironmental
protection
organizations
are
receiving
donations
-
big
notes,small
notes
or
even
coins
-
from
housewives,plumbers,ambulance
drivers,salesmen,teachers,children
and
invalids.
Some
of
them
cannot
afford
to
send
the
money
but
they
do.
These
are
the
ones
who
drive
the
cabs,who
nurse
in
hospitals,who
are
suffering
from
ecological
damage
in
their
neighborhood.
Why?
Because
they
care.
Because
they
still
want
their
Mother
Nature
back.
Because
they
know
it
still
belongs
to
them.
This
kind
of
feeling
that
I
have,ladies
and
gentlemen,is
when
it
feels
like
it,smells
like
it,and
looks
like
it,it
s
all
coming
from
a
scene
to
be
remembered,a
scene
to
recall
and
to
cherish.
The
other
night,as
I
saw
the
moon
linger
over
the
land
and
before
it
was
sent
into
the
invisible,my
mind
was
filled
with
songs.
I
found
myself
humming
softly,not
to
the
music,but
to
something
else,someplace
else,a
place
remembered,a
place
untouched,a
field
of
grass
where
no
one
seemed
to
have
been
except
the
deer.
And
all
those
unforgettable
scenes
strengthened
the
feeling
that
it
s
time
for
us
to
do
something,for
our
own
and
our
coming
generation.
Once
again,I
have
come
to
think
of
Mrs.
Diana
Fossey
because
it
is
with
her
spirit,passion,courage
and
strong
sense
of
our
ecoenvironment
that
we
are
taking
our
next
step
into
the
world.
And
no
matter
who
we
are,what
we
do
and
where
we
go,in
our
minds,there
s
always
a
scene
to
remember,a
scene
worth
our
effort
to
protect
it
and
fight
for
it.
