通过学习聆听这几位老师的课,使我受益匪浅,感触颇深。几位老师的优质课容量大、节奏快、效率高,每位老师都有自己不同的教学风格,深厚的教学功底和精湛的教学技术精彩的呈现在了课堂上。他们流利的英语口语、现代的新课标理念、新颖的设计、清晰的思路、灵活的教法、愉悦的情感都给我留下了深刻的印象。通过这次听课,我感觉自己在教育教学方面收获很多,每节课都有很多值得我学习并借鉴的东西。
首先,这几位老师的课给人的总体感觉就是:课堂教学的基本功扎实,口语自然流畅,语音纯正,板书有序,教态亲切,语气神态充满自信和激情,驾驭课堂教学。
(一)体现了以学生为主体的教学理念。
培养和发展学生的学习主体性是英语教学的根本任务。这些老的能力很强。提升到理论的高度应该说这些老师上的课基本上遵循了新课标初中英语课堂教学的基本要求和原则。具体表现在以下几个方面:师改变了过去“一言堂”的传统教学模式,而是根据“以学生为中心”的教学思路,设计了大量问答、叙述、表演、讨论等形式多样的语言实践活动,让学生在语言实践的过程中逐步形成主动参与、乐于探索的学习态度,同时十分注意激发学生的学习兴趣,发展互助、关心和合作的新型师生关系,营造宽松、民主、和谐的课堂教学气氛,尊重学生的思想情感和个体差异,使他们真正成为学习的主人。
(二)重视了语言情景的创设和利用。
运用多种教学手段创设语言情景是英语教学的一个重要原则。这些老师充分利用图片、多媒体课件以及身体语言创设了比较真实的语言运用情景,并利用情景讲解语言知识,进行技能训练,使教学内容既简洁清晰,又形象生动。
(三)突出了扎实灵活的语言操练。
这些老师从课文的整体着眼,通过情景并采用多种手段和方法,引导学生学习、操练新词语和新句型。在操练过程中尽可能地使语言形式和语言意义紧密联系、有机结合,尽可能地使听、说、读、写四项技能相辅相成、互相促进,并努力做到目的明确、重点突出、难点分散、形式活泼,还充分注意了训练的速度、节奏和密度。
(四)强调了学生实际运用语言能力的培养。
培养学生实际运用语言的能力是英语课程的一项主要任务。在这些课中,各位老师坚持做到以语言内容和语言功能为主,以语言形式和语言结构为辅,使内容和形式、功能和结构相互渗透、相互作用。(五)提高了课堂教学的效果和效率
这些老师由于运用了比较多的直观教具和多媒体课件,节约了讲解的时间,提高了时间的利用的主动性。
下面我想谈谈这次学习的三点体会:
一、要提高学生主动学习的程度,关键在于教师备课不仅要备教材,对教材理解透彻并能创造性地使用教材,而且还要备学生。公开课由于大多是陌生的学生,不了解他们的情况,而我们平时在教学实践过程中,可以朝这个方向努力。只有了解了学生的学这方面,我们教师在课堂上才能更有效地训练学生参与课堂教学的能力,提高他们的积极性和主动性。
二、调动学生积极性,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。
这是新标准的重要特点,也是素质教育的要求。注重学生能力的培养,注重主体参与,教学中互动模式多样,多采用小组竞赛的模式或创造一个语境,让学生展开联想,这不仅能激起学生们对英语学习的兴趣,同时也能营造宽松、民主、和谐的教与学的氛围。平时在这一方面自己做得不够好。
三、对英语课堂教学有了新的认识。
英语课以语言为对象,强调以任务入手,放眼看周围世界,培养学生的英语能力,这个就是知识点。我通过此次学习之后,明确了英语课最终的落脚点是不仅仅在知识上,还要能解决将来在工作、生活中可能遇到的问题,最终让孩子通过学习
英语来达到交流的目的,以此为最终目标。
通过学习与交流,使我深刻感受到转变观念不能只停留在认识上,更应该落实到课堂教学实践中去取得实效;通过学习与交流,使我知道应该如何在课堂教学中树立新型的师生关系,创设丰富有趣生活化的学习情境,开展学生自主、合作探究的学习活动,提供行之有效的教学媒体,关注学生的学习过程,真正使每一位学生学有所获,得到较好的发展;通过学习与交流,还使我学到了一些好的教育教学方法,提高了专业技能,同时,也增强了自己适应新课程改革的能力。
通过这次学习,我更深切的体会到“英语的工具性”的重要性。语言是一个载体,是一种工具。
它的目的是交流。要想熟练的使用这个工具来达到交流的目的,它就应该是听说读写四项基本技能的综合,最后以“说”的形式呈现出来。然而,在实际英语教学过
程中,迫于生学压力和各种考试的检测手段以及教学条件的限制,有些时候,我们难免做得有些本末倒置,把大量精力放在阅读写作等技能的训练上,而忽视了
“说”这个语言最基本的技能,忽视了学生口语表达能力的提高,从而把英语学成了“哑巴英语”。因而,只有运用灵活多样的教学方法,才能充分调动学生学习的

为了加强教师口语能力的提高,该课题由最初的如何提高小学生英语口语能力的试验研究改成了小学英语口语教学研究,因此,我校英语课题组根据课题计划主要做了以下几方面的工作:
一、围绕课题开展活动。
1.加强教师之间业务、思想的交流。本学期,英语老师坐在一起,更多的是交流教学中的困惑与难点,交流彼此的教学心得。虽然,新教材是带给了我们新的挑战,但是通过互相的切磋,共同探讨教学难点与重点。尤其是伴随教师口语能力的下降,学生的学习兴趣日渐衰退的现象,教师通过提高自身素质,改变口语教学方式,开展各类口语活动来激发学生的学习热情,以提高教师与学生的口语能力。a、坚持每周一次的读书笔记和读后感。b.坚持写英语日记。c.利用每周教研课英语教师轮渡进行口语专题讲座。
2.充分利用课堂对学生进行口语交际能力的培养。
(1)首先通过给学生取英语名字、开展课堂口语活动给学生展示自己的平台等方式激发了学生的英语学习兴趣,给他们树立了用英语进行交际的信心。
(2)在英语课堂教学中,所有英语教师都用了英语组织教学,充分使用了英语课堂用语,给了学生听和模仿英语的机会,营造了英语口语表达的氛围。课堂上,老师还鼓励学生大胆地用英语和老师交流,不仅提高了学生英语口语表达能力,同时也激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。
(3)在英语课堂中,教师充分利用教材创设情景,让学生主动参与英语活动,提高了英语口语交际水平。
(4)有效地利用了录音机、课件等多媒体教学进行口语教学,极大地提高了学生学习英语的热情,并让学生通过听、模仿纯正的英语口语提高了学生的英语口语水平。
(5)通过开展一些课堂口语训练活动,比如:free
talk,值日报告,英语小演讲等活动,使学生养成了用英语思维的习惯,提高了英语表达水平。
3.英语课外活动--丰富学生的英语第二课堂。教学任务固然很紧,但本学期我们从学生的需要出发,开展了一些英语课外活动。a.举行圣诞联欢会,让学生领略了西方的文化习俗,也让学生兴奋激动与难忘。b.利用板报、橱窗文化,展示学生的英语小文章、手抄报及英语书法作品,增强了学生的自豪感和自信心。c.鼓励学生参加英语口语比赛,哪怕是没有任何英语基础的一、二年级的小朋友,只为能够给他们提供一个展现自我的舞台。d.开展“有奖英语知识竞答”活动,培养学生在活动中的竞争意识,使活动与教学相辅相成,在竞赛中巩固英语知识。e.课间、午休期间及放学后播放英语广播。利用校园广播在上述时间播放一些日常口语或温馨的小提示。让学生在长期的耳濡目染中增强说英语的意识。

尝试新的评价机制。为全面评价学生的学习,我们建立了新的英语口语评价机制。在实验过程中,我们建立了以过程评价为主,阶段评价为辅的评价体系,包含课堂评价、活动评价、应用评价和阶段评价。评价采用等级制,辅以鼓励性评语,注意人文性,保护学生学习英语的积极性。
在实验的过程中,学生表现出了极大的热情,尤其调动了一些中等和中等以下学生的学习积极性,是他们在半个学期的活动中,学习成绩有了突飞猛进。结果也表明,学生在活动中的表现与他们所取得的学习成绩是成正比的。
五、
反思与困惑。
1.研究过程中遇到的困难:
a)资源的有限。教师很难为学生提供足够的、丰富的活动材料,只能利用手头仅有的报纸和杂志,尽可能的发挥其最大的作用。
b)教师学习材料的缺陷。英语教师很“苦”,学习资源太少,和课题有关的书籍更少,每个英语老师只能独自摸索,互相探讨行之有效的做法,可能会有一点的局限性。
2.困惑与思考。
a)活动的目的。活动的目的究竟为了什么?是提高学生的应试能力?还是培养学生的思维能力,语言表达能力,综合能力?前者是显性的,我想教师只要注重方法的指导,多做多练,效果就会很显著;而后者是隐性的,潜移默化的,他不能够量化,甚至需要经过很长一段时间才能表现出来。前者的目的更容易达到。
b)在课题研究过程中,我们试图通过搞一些活动来提高学生的受益程度。这无疑是给一部分学生提供了很好的机会,但是对于一些学习本身就有困难的学生来说,很难调动他们的积极性。教师不想使这一部分学生成为局外人,不明白怎么做才好。
六、努力的方向
本学期我们全体英语教师在学习实践,在实践中学习、交流、反思并总结,但仍有许多值得思考和改进之处:
1、进一步加强理论学习,提高学习与思考的广度和深度。
2、要加强课后的反思和总结,并以此为契机写出质量较高的论文,在较严格中提高自己。
3、要在课堂上加强英语口语教学的力度,让学生的口语水平更上一个新台阶。
知不足而后进,我们全体英语老师将继续在课题研究中不断学习、探索和成长。
