12月14日凌晨2点,最后一个包裹打包完毕后,意味着这次我们店铺配合的全民疯抢双12活动属于我们的这部分的工作告一段落了,总算是幸不辱命,比我们预计的要顺利以及提前完成了发货任务!这次全民疯抢活动淘宝网总销量达到了43.8亿,超越了双11活动商城所创下33.6亿的记录,说明了集市店铺和中小卖家的实力不容忽视。我们店铺参加活动的地狱狂蛇鼠标点击率达到了217055次,销量总计2239台,创了当天单鼠标销售额的新高。店铺的总销售额当天达到36.8万,创造了店铺单日销售额的新高,店铺进入淘宝网类目总排名12位。
此次活动能获得如此成功,我感觉最大的功劳应该属于淘宝网小二,非常感激小二给予我们的信任,给我们提供这么好的机会。尤其是朝歌提前一周就给我们参加活动的卖家天天开会,告诉大家什么地方需要改进什么地方需要优化,这次活动让我们获益匪浅。
巧合的是,这次的活动正好赶上我们店铺5周年庆典,对我们来说,这是一个难得的机会,借此东风,我们也在店庆活动上面下了一些功夫。为了保证双12活动的顺利进行,在活动前一周我们所有活动货物入仓,所有打包物资采购完毕,参加活动产品的具体功能和信息让客服深度熟悉,保证做到顾客提出的相关产品问题对答如流。
12月7日,店铺重新装修完毕,我们利用了相互关联产品模式,努力把进入的流量不流失出去,参加活动商品详情页我们加入6个关联宝贝,然后6个关联宝贝又各自再关联12个不同的宝贝,如此一共可以关联到72个宝贝。店铺3条悬浮条分别加入不同的店铺分类页面,主打的产品加入主页各个活动区域,让买家能更多机会看到我们的不同类目的产品。
12月8日
公司开会考核所有客服的对活动产品的常识以及所有快捷回复的了解情况,物流人员和仓库人员开始准备如何打包产品,研究出打包同款产品最快速度的办法,以避免万一当天货物超售导致的物流打包跟不上问题,开完会后物流部门开始提前打包部分活动产品。
12月9日,我们将本来打算在双12当天开的5周年庆典晚宴,提前举行,特地购买了几瓶红酒,大家开怀痛饮。士气高涨,互相鼓励一定要更加努力,更要出色完成眼下的这次双12活动。第二天大家休息,只有养足精神了才可以更好的投入工作。
12月10日,公司留1客服值班,1库房人员打包,其余所有人休息等待迎接双十二。
12月11日,白天依旧留1客服值班,物流人员全部待命开始打包活动商品,所有需要提前准备的物流材料,需要如何分配全部完毕。当日10点后所主力人员全部到位,公司当晚灯火通明,我们在群里等待朝歌最后的命令,朝歌在活动即将开始之前,给所有人再次核对宝贝情况以及一些必须关注的信息,所有的准备工作到此结束,大家随时准备迎接双12的到来。
12月12日,0点钟声响起,淘宝网被疯狂涌入的买家导致部分服务器暂时性瘫痪,紧接着支付宝也出现了问题,可想当时的流量的惊人。朝歌统计前2小时的销售总结,我们凭地狱狂蛇鼠标闯入了前十名,而跟我们同在前十的全部是笔记本电脑和平板电脑卖家。朝歌也对我们的成绩表示了肯定。该次活动我们的转化率非常的高,客服人员的催付起到了决定性的作用,没有进入催付名单。
12月12日上午,全公司所有人员都进入繁忙状态,公司客服区也堆满了打包物资和需要打包的产品。
12日晚10点的统计数据,我们惨遭各大强势卖家的围剿,掉出了前十。所有客服的心情大受影响,我们一直保持将旺旺群里面积极的消息截图反馈到公司的群里,不断激发客服的热情和信心,大家都表示有再次冲入前十的雄心。我们紧急召集美工对店面以及宝贝引流的优化,最后时刻我们再次冲入前十,证明了我们键鼠外设行业并不亚于输于任何人。最后一小时的销量是对我们为了12号辛苦了几天的所有同事最好的鼓励,我们所有付出的努力没有白费,再一次证明了我们在这个类目的地位。
12月12-13日全部物流人员加班加点打包,2位美工调用到物流帮忙打包,所有客服都照样在自己岗位做好售后服务以及正常接待买家,12-13日发走了大部分的货物。
14日凌晨2点打包完最后一个包裹,所有发货流程完毕。
本次活动的总结:
1、这次靠活动产品引流的优化手段非常有效果;
2、这次活动的效果远远优于聚划算活动,聚划算单品成交额高,这次利用全民疯抢的活动,我们销售出去了近20万其他的产品.
3、后续活动的安排继续跟进,这次准备还是有点仓促,有了这次的经验,下次一定更加充分。
