Needlesstosay,oneofthebiggestopportunitiesgiventoChinaisthe2008OlympicGames.Tillnow,wehaveusedtwoseventhsofthepreparationtime.Howmuchchangeshaveyouseen?Newroads,newsubwaylines,public-exercisingequipmentswithbeautifulcolors,largeblocksofgrassfields,andalsolotsofmoderngymswhichareunderconstruction.
Otherthanthose,thereareevenmoregoodeffectsbroughttousbytheOlympicGamesthatcannotbeseendirectly.Forexample,moreandmorepeoplewillgettoknowChina.I’msurethemysteriousChineseculturewillattractthemstrongly.Andthegameswillalsodogoodtotheeconomyandenvironment,foritisgainingtheattentionofforeigninvestorsandtheawarenessofenvironmentalprotectionisbeingstrengthened.Whatismore,OlympicGamesgiveauniqueopportunitytoinspireandeducateanewgenerationofChineseyouthwiththeOlympicvaluesandtheOlympicspirit.Nowthatwehaveseensomanyadvances,couldyouevenimagineuslosingtheholdingrights?
