教师是人类灵魂的工程师，是落实科教兴国战略、推进教育创新、全面实施素质教育的主导力量，是学生增长知识和思想进步的指导者和引路人，教师的一言一行、一举一动无时无刻不在潜移默化地影响着学生。因此，师德师风的好坏往往影响和决定了学校的校风和学风。所以强化教师队伍管理，加强师德教育是德育工作中的重要环节。
做为一名人民教师，在教学上应有强烈的责任心，当我们一踏进校门的那一天起，便对每一位学生负起责任，关爱学生，尊重学生人格，促进他们在品德、智力、体质等方面都得到全面发展。
1、以身示范
以情感染每一个学生在课堂上，要对学生进行孜孜不倦的教导，一丝不苟地传授书本的知识。在日常生活中，从道德、行为、言谈、学风等方面对学生进行严格的要求，制定出行之有效的措施。对于教育工作，老师应做到不计较报酬，不讲条件无私奉献，教师既要向学生传授课本的知识，也要传授有关社会生活中的知识。在午间休息中，老师要率先示范，言传身外。
老师是学生的朋友，要让学生愉快而又很好地接受老师灌输的知识并与老师做“知心朋友“:首先要做的就是要消除师生之间的“代沟“.只要能掌握学生的心理，老师就可以抓住其中的某些因素因人施教，要做好这些工作，老师要深入到学生群体中，跟每个学生一一谈心，与他们做知心朋友，从中了解他们的优点、缺点、爱好和困难等，在课堂上和平时的生活中对他们的点滴进步进行表扬和鼓励，使他们树立自信心，因为教师事业是一首爱心赞歌，是需要付出心血的，要我们的教师有耐心、有恒心、有爱心才能散发出的高尚的师风师德。
2、学会宽容
公正对待每一个学生教师必须学会宽容。人非圣贤，孰能无过，更何况我们所面对的是涉世不深、缺乏辨别是非能力的孩子呢?严是一种爱，宽容也是一种爱。宽容是一种信任，是一种激励，更是一种仁慈。同时教师还应该尊重学生的个性差异，以平等的眼光看待每一个学生。
印度大诗人泰戈尔说过：“花的事业是甜蜜的，果的事业是珍贵的，让我干叶的事业吧，因为叶总是谦逊地垂着她的绿荫的。”让我们用慈爱呵护纯真;用智慧孕育成长;用真诚开启心灵;用希冀放飞理想，默默耕耘，共同托起明天的太阳!
通过暑期师德师风文件和宣传资料的学习，自己进一步深深体会到作为一个教育工作者必须要做到以下几点：
一、爱党爱国。学习宣传并实践马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论，全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，关心时事政治，拥护党的基本路线，坚持四项基本原则。
二、热爱教育事业。要把教育与国家的兴亡、民族的振兴，现代化建设的成败联系起来，才能对教育事业有深刻的认识，并将这认识落实到日常的行动中，才能产生对教育事业的真爱，树立“服务学生奉献社会”的精神。
三、热爱学生。学生是祖国的未来，只有把学生教育培养好，振兴中华才有希望。关心爱护学生，尊重学生人格，平等、公正地对待学生，不侮辱、谩骂、歧视学生，不体罚和变相体罚学生。热爱学生，可激发学生的学习热情，使学生树立远大目标，成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会社会主义新人。
四、勇于同一切危害教育事业的行为进行坚决的斗争。一个教育工作者要对一切危害教师、危害学校、有损师德师风的行为，必须予以坚决斗争，才能为教育事业的顺利发展创造和谐的外部环境。
五、不断提高自身素质和教育教学科研水平。要成为一名优秀教师，关键要有较高的素质。必须具备扎实的思想素质、业务素质、品德素质、心理素质、创新精神和能力素质。刻苦钻研业务，不断更新知识，努力学习和掌握现代教育技术，积极参与教育改革，认真总结经验，努力探索教育规律，改进教育教学方法，不断提高自己的教育教学和科研水平。
六、实事求是，坚持真理。教师要做到尊重事实，注重调查研究，要公道正派，富有进取精神。坚持真理、捍卫真理，对一切文化进行严格的审查和鉴别，批判性继承，使学生学到真知实学。还应随时修正自己的错误，不强词夺理，不文过饰非，不误人子弟，做到知错即改，还真理的本来面目。
七、工作积极、认真负责。工作积极，就是要勇挑重提，埋头苦干，兢兢业业，一丝不苟，吃苦耐劳，为教育事业多做贡献。认真负责，根本的一条是对学生成长与成才负责，因此必须做到既教书又育人。
八、团结互助、廉洁从教、为人师表。团结互助，一方面教师与教师之间要团结友爱、和睦相处，在思想上、工作上、生活上互相关心，互相帮助;另方面教师与学生之间也要团结互助。廉洁从教，要有高尚的思想道德情操，自觉抵制社会不良风气的影响，不利用职务和工作之便谋取私利，不向学生乱收费，不向学生和家长索要或变相索要财物。为人师表，模范遵守社会公德，举止文明礼貌，不赌博，不斗殴，不酗酒，爱护公共卫生，语言规范健康，禁止粗俗言辞，衣着朴素端庄，随时以一个优秀教育工作者严格要求自己。
