Honesty

problem.But
dishonesty
in
other
aspects
always
exist.
For
example,cheating
in
the
public
servants
exam
is
stil
a
big
problem.
The
stability
and
higher
income
of
this
work
attract
too
many
yound
people.
Also,the
keen
competition
and
the
desire
for
this
position
make
same
people
cheating
in
exam.
Based
on
the
above
condition,I
believe,you
and
I
should
lose
no
opportunity
to
understand
the
essentian
concept
of
honesty
and
the
success
of
individuals.
But
in
a
short
time,if
not
caught,same
people
may
take
advantage
of
dishonesty
to
get
what
they
want.
So
we,as
individuals,should
practice
the
concept
of
honesty
to
confront
the
new
temptation
and
competition
in
society.
However
it
is
easier
said
than
done.
In
the
long
run,we
must
focus
on

it.

一、设计理念
在21世纪的今天,世界变的越来越小了,我们有更多的机会到国外旅行和学习,旅游帮助我们了解不同的文化习俗,拓展我们的视野。到国外求学的学子越来越多,这一多媒体课时能够充分调动学生的积极性,让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中感受主人公谢蕾的留学经历。
二、教学内容分析
该课是一堂阅读课。课文的中心话题是“出国学习或旅游”,课文始终围绕这一主题展开。热身(warming
up)部分设计了三个讨论题,帮助学生在大脑形成一个有关出国的信息包,使之对正文有初步的感知,为后续学习做准备。读前(pre-reading)设计了两个问题,第一个问题让学生思考留学前要考虑哪些问题,可以让学生展开思维,为文阅读做好知识上和心理上的铺垫。第二个问题要求学生预测主人公在英国留学可能遇到的困难和英国学习与中国学校学习的不同。阅读(reading)部分介绍了主人公谢蕾第一次去国外求学进预科班时所面临的问题,以及房东和导师对他的帮助,使她大胆正视困难,迎接挑战,最终树立了信心。
三、学生学习情况分析
本堂课的教学内容对于县城里高二的学生来说有一些学习障碍,比如说词汇、口语表达和背景知识等方面。所以在课前我主要布置的作业除了新词和课文的预习之外,还布置了学生做一些背景知识的搜寻工作,为学好该个话题课文做好更好的准备。

课件讲的是国外旅游和外国留学的话题。总共分6大环节:

七、教学反思
本单元的中心话题是“出国学习或旅游”,语言知识和语言技能部分主要是围绕这一中心话题进行设计的。
READING
部分介绍了主人公谢蕾第一次去国外求学时所面临的问题,以及房东和导师对他的帮助,使她大胆正视困难,迎接挑战,最终树立了信心。
在教学过程中,要帮助学生树立国际意识,培养学生跨文化交际能力,培养学生坚强的意志,坚定克服困难,迎接挑战的决心。

本学期,我担任小学五年级的英语教学工作。在本学期的教学中,我深深地感到教小学英语之难之累。正因为如此,我严格遵从教学的五个环节,课前认真备课,做到既备教材又备学生,因材施教,努力实施课堂改革,积极探索小学英语快乐课堂;在备课中,我认真研究教材,力求准确把握重点,难点,并注重参阅各种资料,制定符合学生认知规律的教学方法及教学形式。注意弱化难点强调重点。教前教后都做认真反思,不断归纳总结以提高教学水平。
努力实施课堂改革,积极探索小学英语快乐课堂,小学阶段英语教学的目的是:激发学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生学习英语的积极性,使他们树立学习英语的自信心,同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础,为进一步学习打下基础。在英语课堂教学中,怎样创设良好的学习氛围、激发学生的兴趣是搞好小学英语教学的重要一环。下面结合本学年教学实践总结一下教学情况如下:
一、认真备课、面向全体授课
在教学中,认真备课,认真阅读各种教科参考书,认真编写好教案制定好教学计划,根据学生的实际学习情况和向其他教师取得的经验,不断地加以改善修改;在传授学生知识时,不厌其烦,耐心教导学生,还耐心地辅导学生复习遗漏知识;在传授学生知识的同时,并对他们进行思想教育,教育优生帮助后进生。
二、在课堂教学中
第一、在课堂上,认真授课,运用实物教具、简笔画,情景教学、手势语言等方法来启发、教育学生。教学生做游戏、唱英语歌等来激发学生的学习兴趣。鼓励学生大胆质疑,注重师生互动、生生互动的教学,充分调动学生的学习积极性。学生有疑难和不懂读的地方,我总是不厌其烦地讲解、分析、带读,力争让他们学了就懂,懂了会用。
第二、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同,我注意不断适量增加新用语,逐步扩大用语量,使学生保持兴趣,经历挑战,从而日积月累,在不知不觉中得到提高。力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确,并根据不同年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
第三、在批改作业方面。学生的作业总是按时及时地批改,并详细地做好批注,对普遍性错误,在全班重复讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业还采取面批方法,一一地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题,提高了教学质量。
第四、在听力方面。为提高学生的听力水平,常让学生听英语歌曲及英语会话的录音磁带,还让学生表演对话。
三、英语活动
积极配合学校参与校内外举办的英语活动。
总之,一学年以来,本人勤勤垦垦地做好各项教学工作,孜孜不倦地传授给学生各种英语会话知识,努力开发快乐课堂,取得了一定的成效,学生的成绩也有了提高。当然,在教学工作中,自身尚有不足之处,还需继续努力提高自身的能力。寄望于下一学年度为提高我校学生的整体水平,营造校园的文化气氛,促进我校素质教育的发展作更大的努力。
