本人担任四年级一个班的英语教学,这学期刚接触一个班级的学生,全部学生的学习情况和行为习惯有不大了解,我用了整个学期的一半来了解学生,逐渐发现教学上有点吃力,因为我在观察理解学生时,发现很多同学还停留在三年级的玩玩唱唱英语中,可他们毕竟是四年级了,不能像三年级那样整天玩和唱英语,四年级单词和句子上都有更深一层的理解。我开始苦恼了,这也就是三年级到六年级不断换英语老师的无奈。老师要重新理解学生,学生要重新接受这老师的教学模式。甚至连布置一份作业,在刚接手的班级也能问你一整节课要怎么去写这份作业。不过庆幸的是学生之间都能互相帮助,互相学习,互相团结,。以下是我本年度的教学总结。
通过这次期末考试情况,总体上让我们看到了大部分学生成绩还是很差,严重出现了优差分。他们不能把英语当做一门重要的课程来学习,也养成不了学习英语的良好习惯。我尽力在听、说、读、写方面下功夫,大部分学生也能按老师的要求去默写四会单词,能规范的书写英语,以及综合运用英语的能力。这次考试学生普遍存在着以下几点问题:
(1)学生不记单词,不背单词。
(2)会读,会说,但不会认。
(3)学生掌握了基础知识,但不能灵活运用。
(4)
语言综合运用能力较差。以上这些还有待于在今后的教学中得到改善。
二、教学工作
1、讲求方法,丰富课堂。在教学过程中老师是教学的领导者和参与者。讲求方法,丰富课堂是教师在整个教学过程中首要的任务。英语作为一门外语言,需要多应运。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生及时消化。上课内容丰富,现实。讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水平,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决课堂中的问题。

、培优转差,快乐教学。整个教学过程中由于学生的掌握情况不同,出现了优差分层,一方面,有的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,另一方面,有的同学们比较活跃,上课气氛积极,成绩较好。因此,讲得太浅,没有照顾到整体,所以教学效果不如理想。从而可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。所以。我利用课余时间对优秀生进行课外的知识补充,对差生根据实际情况进行相对应辅导,使学生成绩整体提高。从而建立学生自信心。提高学习兴趣。
3、做好教学准备,提高课堂效率。教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都受益不浅。相反,偶尔我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好。由此可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困惑的学科来说至关重要。备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。
三,存在的不足之处:
1、技巧性组织英语课堂教学
本学期教学中,上课时发现有的同学走神、做小动作、低头或看其它书籍等,有时我在想,英语对有些学生来说怎么就那么难学,甚至排斥,是英语不好学?我想还是我本人的问题,对于课堂上的这些问题,我还没有找到一个解决的方法,怎样做既可以顺利完成教学任务,增加英语教学的真实性,又可以起到提醒学生的作用?
2、适当的评价
对学生而言,各种评价很重要。适当的评价可以使学生认识自我,树立自信。同时也有助于他们反思及调整自己的学习过程,本学期,在教学过程中教学评价这方面还有待于本人的进一步研究。
3、公开课的不足
这次三年级公开课设计缺少创新理念,见识的东西还是太少,这需要平时的学习与积累,并在积累的基础上加以消化,使其成为自己的东西运用起来。随着小学英语课程的不断普及,小学教师的口语对学生的影响至关重要的,而我的口语也是需要重视和进一步学习的。
四、今后努力的方向:
1、趣味性教学,提高学生的认读能力,让学生养成背单词、记单词的习惯,课上多提问,课下多辅导,不冷眼对待学困生。
2、培养学生的语言综合运用能力与交际能力,加强学生的听说能力,要注意调动学生的积极性和主动性、适度评介,巧用语言,优化课堂教学。
3、认真督促检查、批阅学生的教辅材料,让学生养成良好的学习习惯。
4、加强学科教学研究,认真学习教育理论,并及时应用于教学实践,同时注意总结经验,使自己的教学水平有所提高。
总之,一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多,收到的回报也不少,虽然还有很多不足之处,我想这些不足,将是今后英语教学工作中的动力和努力方向,相信通过自己的不断努力和提高,我的英语教学工作一定会迈向一个新台阶。
