Effectiveness
of
Contract合同的生效：
This
contract
shall
come
into
force
from
the
date
of
signature
of
this
contract
by
both
parties.
在双方签字后合同生效。
Unless
otherwise
stipulated
in
this
contract,the
terms
and
conditions
of
this
contract
shall
be
interpreted
in
accordance
with
INCOTERMS
2000
provided
by
International
Chamber
of
Commerce.
除合同特别规定，此合同条款的解释应参照国际商会INCOTERMS
2000.
This
contract
is
signed
by
both
parties
in
six
originals,both
buyer
and
seller
hold
one,the
end
user
holds
four.此合同正本6份，买卖双方各持1份，最终用户4份。
The
attachment
of
this
contract
shall
be
an
integral
part
of
the
contract
and
have
the
same
force
as
the
contract.此合同的附件享有与此合同同等的法律效力。
